When I arrived, it was as if I just walked in--she didn't seem to have a record of my appointment (or didn't look), and she seemed surprised when I mentioned the shuttle. This was a 7:45 appointment and that's when I asked about the shuttle. At 8:20 (that'd be 90 minutes later) I asked about the shuttle and she said she wasn't sure.."He says he's still in Harahan." So I paid $25 for an Uber. This is how the shuttle was handled at Walker VW also, by the way, so I'm not sure this is a VW issue or just a dealership issue. But again, service on the car was fast and I'm happy. If I do have to return for service I'll just call first to make sure there is going to be a shuttle available for real. More
