Car damaged due to water damage. Progressive claim involved with this repair. From the start I was not not satisfied with the service. Before the insurance adjuster could come out an Progressive claim involved with this repair. From the start I was not not satisfied with the service. Before the insurance adjuster could come out an due the inspection, someone in the service center told Progressive claims center that there was NO water damage! Imagine my frustration when he said that. I was second guessing whether or not to go thru with my claim. I am happy I did go thru with the claim. The Progressive insurance adjuster called me after his inspection and told me that there WAS WATER Damage, about $2500. worth of damage! Your serviceman should have kept his mouth closed. Another issue I had was receiving phone calls from service. They did not keep me informed at all of the progress. On many occasions I had to call them. It was easy for the service department to say they would call me back, BUT THEY NEVER DID. The last issue I had was how short-staffed you were. Everyone was on vacation at the time - the service tech, service manager and the repair person all were taking vacation near the same time. I love coming to Ray Brandt, and I enjoy the people in the service department, but they lack professionalism. Maryy Kay White More

Above and beyond So, I’m out driving around on Friday night when my check engine light comes on. I nurse the car home and call for a tow truck to take it to the dealer So, I’m out driving around on Friday night when my check engine light comes on. I nurse the car home and call for a tow truck to take it to the dealership on Saturday morning. When the service department opened, I was told “we don’t normally do check engine lights on Saturdays, just oil changes but give me a minute and I’ll see what we can do.” Twenty minutes (+/-) later, Victor tells me they had looked at it (scanned the codes, I guessed) and the issue was a filter they didn’t have in stock. I was told it was ok to drive and arranged to bring it back. Also, since I had followed the tow truck in another vehicle, they let me leave my other (VW) in the lot until I brought my car back to have the filter changed. More
