I had the pleasure to meet Mr Mauricio and he was so professional and AWESOME, VERY HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING... I PROMISE INWILL BUY AGAIN FROM VW.. I purchased a beetle for my teenage daughter from VW in Kenner I was not too pleased with the service and swore I would never buy VW again. Well I’m glade Kim reaches out to me via phone. He was very nice so I decided to send my daughter in and I went after her, Kim is very helpful and so is Mauricio. Ashton was so sweet and we were even impressed with the finance lady. The whole team was OUTSTANDING, I will buy again and recommend y’all to all my friends. THANKS FOR ALL YALL DO!!!! More

PERFECT YES - RECEIVED MY CAR BACK THE SAME DAY!!!! GAS CAP WAS REPLACED DUE TO MAYSELF NOT PUTTING THE GAS CAP BACK AFTER FUELING UP. ALSO HAD THE DO YES - RECEIVED MY CAR BACK THE SAME DAY!!!! A little disappointed I am a little disappointed with the service I received from this dealership. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now and have always had exceptio I am a little disappointed with the service I received from this dealership. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now and have always had exceptional service. However, this time around I was not pleased. To start, when I dropped off my car, the service lady asked what type of service I was getting. I reserved my service online with exactly what I was getting and she had no idea what type of service I ordered. She also stated that the 40k mile service would be about $500. Which online it stated about $150. I went back online after I left and did not find anything that stated $500 for 40k or 50k?!! Wasn't too excited to leave my car there as I didn't know what they were going to do and what I would be charged. After it was finished, I arrived at the dealership to pick up my vehicle after being service and as I walked in I was never greeted by any of the employees and I stood at the front desk for about 15 minutes before I was even acknowledged. They got my last name wrong and that took about another 10 minutes to locate my invoice and keys (they never asked ME what my last name was). I eventually got my keys and invoice and went to my car where there were black marks all over the inside. I also never received the service check sheets that show the green, yellow, red dots on where the vehicle was checked (brakes, etc.) just the invoice with payment. So not sure if it was even checked. Overall, I have always been very pleased with the service and employees. Not sure if there has been new management or new employees put in place but I am not sure if I'll be back. More
