Not the best but not terrible Michael Dede' was the salesman that I worked with, he was cool. Dealing with other employees at the dealership was unpleasant. They were dismissive when I tried asking about a fax from my insurance company. The actual paperwork process seemed unnecessarily long with not much communication throughout the process and a lot of waiting. I do understand that this is often the nature of buying a car. However, I was not offered water or told where they were in the process. I looked around and it seemed like most employees were standing around joking with each other and not attentive to the customers in the reception area. Also, I received a text from one of the managers after my initial visit and I sent her a very long text in reply but she did not get back to me to follow up. I ended up purchasing a car anyway only to find that one of the key fobs needs a new battery and the gas tank meter is acting strange. Again, my experience with the salesman was fine. More

Long Waiting Time It took 45 minutes for the dealership to simply retrieve the car from the back of the dealership.
