I checked in with a tire issue; it had been very low, and after filling it it seemed to be leaking; I could not see a hole, but knew something was up. My car was seen very quickly. The service team attempted after filling it it seemed to be leaking; I could not see a hole, but knew something was up. My car was seen very quickly. The service team attempted to return my keys, saying that there was nothing wrong with my tire. I had the service folks check again. The service folks then noticed a nail in my tire and replaced it. Had I not pushed back, I’d have been stuck somewhere with a flat. The next morning, half of my dashboard lights all lit up at once - airbag, ABS, EXS, tire. I am finding another place to take our VWs, because I don’t trust the service. The staff that checked me in and out were very nice, however. More
