Workers aren't able to find nails in tires. Yet small roadside shops can find it. Takes 3 trips to service department to resolve a nail in a tire. Not worth the money to have tire service on vehicle. No roadside shops can find it. Takes 3 trips to service department to resolve a nail in a tire. Not worth the money to have tire service on vehicle. No one will call you back to resolve issues. Staff doesn't care that you work out of town and need your vehicle. I have had to take 3 days off from work for a tire leak. More

Poor communication. Very difficult to deal with. Did not get an inspection sticker. Rarely called me back when I was told they would.
