Amanda was far from friendly or efficient. I had to call the service department from home (El Paso, TX) so that the service department at Ray Brandt would look up my warranty. I was told tha I had to call the service department from home (El Paso, TX) so that the service department at Ray Brandt would look up my warranty. I was told that because I did not buy my car from them (Ray Brandt), they could not look it up. Once it was proven by my dealership back home that I did have a warranty Ray Brandt did not do the correct thing under the warranty and almost got the warranty canceled due to their (Ray Brandt service department) incompetence. I will go to the dealership in Metairie or even the one in Mandeville before I go to Ray Brandt again. Even if I am staying on the West Bank. I have never been any place that has made me feel like less than a human being like Ray Brandt Service department did. More
