Reached out to me??? I don’t think so and my issue has STILL not been resolved. I got my car back in the same condition I left it after spending hundreds of dollars on lyfts and rides for my child to get back and forth to school. I was told the part that I initially bought my car in for going on 2 months ago was never ordered. The receptionist lied to me multiple times and told me my car was fixed among other conflicting stories between her and other employees there. I was told by Marc about 2 weeks ago I can drive my car in this condition and I’d receive a call when the part came in. Nobody has reached out to tell me if this part is in or not. The most I got was employees there taking a joy ride in my car to only give it back to me without even having the courtesy of putting my gas back in. I had to call and ask them to put my gas back where it was. Also now another indicator light has came on since I received my car back.

Now all of a sudden after two months and this being the second time they’ve taken my car apart they are saying within two weeks time the cooling fans are completely off my car and trying to charge me over $1300 to get that part changed. These people have been rude and spiteful ever since I started writing these reviews! My car has been in perfect condition the last 3 years since I’ve had it until this dealership touched my car. Marc the service manager shouldn’t even have that job because they treat warranty customers like we are second rate and begging for services that are covered. The only time they call or respond to me in a timely manner is when I write a review. The last time they gave me my car back was after I wrote a review to only tell me they need to order the part that I initially bought my car in for 2 months prior. I was told that part was going to be ordered way back then. I believe they created a problem or knew what was wrong and gave me my car back so they can blame me. There’s no way they didn’t notice this or that u knocked the blades off in two weeks time without noticing it. The nonchalant attitude is outrageous and I won’t stop here until I get this situation handled.
