Marc has been completely useless and it took about 2 months for them to address the issue I initially bought my car in for. As soon as the dpf light came on I bought it in to be lied to and gaslighted c months for them to address the issue I initially bought my car in for. As soon as the dpf light came on I bought it in to be lied to and gaslighted countless time. They gave me my car back as is about two weeks ago and told me it was ok to drive. I barely moved the car because the power had decreased due to it taking so long to get fixed. The techs took my car on a test drive only for the issue to still not be resolved. They told me they would call me when the part came in. Two weeks later I wrote a review because they didn’t contact me and I got a call from them within a couple of hours after I wrote it telling me my part was in. I bought the car back yesterday now Marc is telling me that I have to pay over $1300 because my cooling blades are missing and he’s blaming me for it. My car was in perfect condition for the past 3 years until they got their hands on it. I feel like this is an attack for me retaliating by writing reviews on my experience and their incompetence. I will never bring my car back here and this will be handled I’m not letting up! More

They disregarded my concerns and gave me an ultimatum to pay over $1300 or take the car and they put I refused the service when the situation wasn’t talked about Marc just blamed me. The mileage on my paperwork does not add up and the work that was done doesn’t line up to what they told me they were doing. I’m a single black mother and I was treated with such disregard that it makes me furious. They need to be fired especially the so called service manager. When I came to pick up my car he saw me and didn’t even acknowledge me or the issue I spoke to him about on the phone. More

I have had a horrible experience and I feel like my car is being held hostage at this point. I came in between 2-3 weeks ago because my DPF light came on. I waited for a while maybe about an hour or so and is being held hostage at this point. I came in between 2-3 weeks ago because my DPF light came on. I waited for a while maybe about an hour or so and was told that my part had to be ordered. I’m a single mother who does carpool everyday and this is my only means of transportation. I understood and they told me my car was safe to drive until the part came in and someone would call me. Fast forward two weeks go by and nobody called so I reached out. I was told “Oh yea your part is here”. I was a little frustrated because why didn’t anyone call me like they said they would but I digress. So I took my car up there again and they told me that my car would have to sit for 2 days before they could even work on it. I was in a bind but I said ok. I told them I would get my affairs in order and bring it back. Thank goodness I called because another tech basically told me it was a lie that my car only had to sit an hour and she doesn’t know why they told me that. So she told me bring it Monday because my car would basically be sitting from Thursday until they start working on it Monday. I said ok and Monday morning I was there bright and early right before 8 am and the lady was nice and friendly, checked my car in and after I asked assured me I’d get my car back the next day. I called the next day to get my car back and the lady (name starts with a “B”) said that the tech stopped working on my car to fix another one and I inquired why my car was second rate. She said it happens all the time. She put me on hold but never came back to the phone so I hung up and called back and got the service manager Mike who told me that was a lie basically and it doesn’t always happen. He said the job takes 8 hours, I said I know but my car has been there well over 24 hours. He had the same lady call me back and her next excuse was the tech had a family emergency that’s why he stopped working on my car. We talked it through and again I explained that I have kids and this is my only means of transportation and she said and I confirmed several times that my car would be done the next day which was yesterday. She ended up calling me after 3 pm the day my car was supposed to be fixed telling me more parts would need to be ordered because of an unforeseen circumstance (she said they had to order a dipstick and a seal). I said well y’all don’t know when I’m gonna get my car back? She said well no I’ll call you back after I ask them how long it would take. I never got a call back. I love my car and would have recommended Volkswagen to my family and friends but now I’m not so sure of that if they have to visit this particular location for service. I still have no word on when I will get my car and I’m struggling to get back and forth. I informed them of my dilemma and honestly I would have never left my car if I knew it would go like this but I try to take care of my car in a timely manner. I was very discouraged and stressed because I feel bamboozled at this point. I wish that Mrs. Jessica Brandt would read this review and assist me with this issue.
