Service visit for routine oil/filter change and a/c service I believe that the dealer knows the Avalon the best and we planned to come back for basic service, from the purchase on. I am glad that Shane is back as a service rep, he is very personable, and tries to serve the customer and the dealership. I have to trust that the work was done per specs as far as oil/filter changes, fluids, etc, and appreciate the inspections/reports for things to look for, but there have been questionable recommendations, and some service items in the past(broken spare cover, broken air filter box) that were never mentioned to me, and I don't believe that the tires were rotated, as stated, on the last visit. I find dealer services to be more costly than outside shops, but try to do the things that are "really" needed, there. I want to continue to work with them, but am not totally comfortable, and feel the need to check everything possible. More
