Was shopping to find something economical, within my budget, as the last vehicle I would ever purchase. Can't be away from the wife too long and my comparative shopping turned into a spending fiasco that was far beyond my budget and received considerably less than was offered elsewhere. In a senior moment I accepted the worst deal in my lifetime. Only wish the people we deal with were focused on customer satisfaction. More

To be honest I went there to eliminate the Sienna as I thought I was going to end up with a Honda. But when I test drove the Sienna I was so impressed with it and I fell in Love with it! My recent experience buying a used Camry at Premier Toyota My wife and I are retired educators and tightly budgeted unfortunately. Recently we received a call from Bretta Kopa - Premier salesman. He persuaded us that it might be possible for us to trade a car we still owed money on and still stay within our financial monthly contraints. Brent is a very nice handsome courteous and willing to understand your situation and try to work to make a deal happen to the satisfaction both parties involved. That he did and he was a pleasure to work with from start to finish; he seemed very genuine in wanting us to be very pleased all the way around. We could quite come to the dollar figure we had in mind but when we saw/drove this well made used Camry and after the financial manager made a concession, we decided to make the deal Brad was there to see us off with us smiling and happy. He's a great person to work with if you're buying a car from Premier. The only reason I did not give Premier (the dealership) is a bad experience we had when I accompanied my son to consider buying a used scion they were offering. It had some strange sounds indicating braking trouble (in need of work there) & the then saleslady answered it had been thoroughly checked out and only did that because it had been setting there. I did not believe her answer was accurate or the truth. It's like you often hear of dealerships: some sales persons will tell you anything to make a fast sale. NOW I do not feel that way as Brett was informative, genuine, and outgoing to serve his customers and see that they had complete satisfaction. Great new young salesperson in Brett Kopa; hold on to that one! More

This dealership has a large inventory, and we found the exact vehicle we wanted on the website with a very fair discounted price next to the vehicle info and VIN. We agreed on the sale price shown on the website. We also had a trade-in and we were offered a very fair price on the trade-in. All of the paperwork went very smoothly.
