Unprofessional I spoke with Jessica and Brett about the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing. It was the last one they had on their lot. I told Jessica I will be there within 90 minutes. Jessica told me she pulled the key and will bring the vehicle upfront for me. She knew I was driving 46 miles one way for the car. It took me a little over an hour to get there and after Jessica played her game pretending to search for the vehicle, she informed me that the vehicle sold half an hour ago. Jessica and the manager offered to get me a vehicle from an out of state dealer, but since they have to pick it up, it will have over 300 miles on it and will cost $2,000 more! I will never buy a car from them. More

They were always polite and when I had first came to them it was about an entirely different pricey car but that didn't seem to bother them at all in the slightest when I had to search for lower priced cars. Servers on headlights Had service done on our headlights hi beams were out alignment pointing to the trees the trees. Had them adjusted they are just fine now. However now the low beams are low that I have to come back again to the service and spend another 2 hours of my time for a job that was not done correctly the first time. Can't drive the car at night because the low beans are so low for like fog lights. The service Connor is very polite but not showing very much for the service technicians doing the work . More

He thinks outside the box when working these deals that most Sales Reps wouldn't think of doing.
