Our searched led us to Premier Toyota where we had the pleasure to meet Rick and Tariq. I cringe at buying a new car and dealing with salespeople at dealerships. Rick and Tariq showed exceptional professionalism and knowledge of their vehicles. They never pressured us into making an immediate decision as many in this business do. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the process. We left the dealership without making a purchase on the first night, intending on continuing our search because we were unable to agree on a price with the sales manager. We returned home and began reflecting on our past experiences with Premier, as we own another Toyota and have taken it to Premier for service and have always had great experiences. We also valued our experiences with Rick and Tariq and appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. Therefore, we ultimately decided to purchase our vehicle from Premier and are very happy with our purchase. Great work guys and we highly recommend Rick and Tariq. More

Totally worth the 717 mile trip! After shopping around the NATION for a 2015/2016 Highlander for my wife (very specific, Black XLE or better with tow package, AWD), I found one at Pre After shopping around the NATION for a 2015/2016 Highlander for my wife (very specific, Black XLE or better with tow package, AWD), I found one at Premier Toyota. The thing is, I live in NC and they're in Ohio, so A LOT of investigative work had to be done over the phone/texts/emails to make sure my efforts were worth it. When I called about the 2015 Highlander I saw, I was connected with Tariq Muqeet, who was an absolute pleasure to work with! Honest (if he didn't know something, he mentioned he would get back to me, and he did), very dedicated and hard working, he patiently worked with me answering very specific questions over about a 2 week period! After all the hard work, I decided it was worth it, so I purchased a one way airline ticket ($150). All the paperwork was over night delivered to me before I left, so my wife was able to sign as well on the applicable forms. With all the paperwork with me, I flew up to Cleveland where Tariq picked me up from the airport! During the 30 minute ride to the dealership, he was able to field any/all questions I had in addition to connecting as veterans (I'm an Active duty Marine and he was a US Sailor in his previous life before Toyota). In the end, he was able to get competitive financing for us, clearly walked me through the process, and had me on my way driving back to NC in less than 2 hours from airport pickup to driving! This even included a short test drive then coffee/bottled water for the road! Whether you're shopping local in the Cleveland/Akron, OH area or willing to fly/drive there, Tariq and the Premier Team are top notice professionals who care about their customers! My wife and I thank you, and we LOVE our Highlander!!! More

No Pressure Sales I was looking for a very hard-to-find Tacoma (TRD Pro, with limited edition color, certain accessories...) and I reached out to every local dealer, a I was looking for a very hard-to-find Tacoma (TRD Pro, with limited edition color, certain accessories...) and I reached out to every local dealer, as well as stores in 17 states. Premier Toyota's Customer-Focused sales guy, RICK BONICA, called me and told me "I have the perfect truck for you." I've heard that before, I thought. Unlike other dealers who will tell customers anything to get the customer to step into the showroom, Rick truly had the truck. He sent me a spec sheet, pictures, and pricing. and things just got better from there. (NOTE on PRICING: More that half the dealers I spoke with priced the hard-to-find vehicles thousands of dollars over MSRP. Which tells customers right away that those dealers will screw you ever step of the way. Make a customer for life... Not for one sale). PREMIER does not inflate prices. Any way, back to the superstar salesguy... Rick took great care to make sure I got all purchase options, lease scenarios and offered help with sourcing additional accessories. Due to my travel and work schedule I was unable to get to the dealership to finish paperwork, so Rick held onto the truck (with a small deposit) and we did all the paper two weeks later. At delivery, Rick had all the papers ready to sign. No surprises or pressure to buy more. Rick did a great walk around delivery of the truck, showing me all the features, helping me set up my phone, walking through the Entune Entertainment system and making sure I was ready to go before I left the lot. RICK BONICA scored a top rating from me. I look forward to working with him again (and that is not something I have said of many dealers I have worked with in the past.) DEALERSHIP. Premier Toyota is easy to get to, offers a great customer lounge, friendly staff, wifi, pretty good coffee, dog treats (I was told that they are only for dogs), loaner cars and a no pressure environment.
