Excellent Experience Overall! I inquired through their website regarding a used Subaru Outback and were very happy with the overall experience. Mario Tedesco answered my few quest I inquired through their website regarding a used Subaru Outback and were very happy with the overall experience. Mario Tedesco answered my few questions I had sent in through their website in a very timely manner, sent me a copy of the Carfax report that I requested and set us up with an appointment to come test drive the Outback. Their sales office in my opinion was amazing, they have lots to offer with a nice coffee bar, kids play area, even had pinball and tabletop pac-man arcade games for customers to enjoy when they drop their cars off for service. Rick Bonica took us for a nice test drive, even though they do not carry Subaru he was very knowledgeable. He then introduced us to their sales manager Kristopher Powell who worked with us to come to acceptable numbers on the Subaru with trading in our old vehicle. We then were turned over to Drew Vance who helped with financing our purchase. Once everything was signed Rick has our new vehicle pulled into a nice area to transfer our personal belongings. Even though the sale was already complete he continued to help us move our belongings well after he was scheduled to be off for the day, he really went above and beyond. He helped us hook up our phone to the car's bluetooth, even personally removed the sticky strips that held our EZ Pass to the windshield so we would not have to go out and buy replacement strips. I work in a similar sales industry where customer service is key and they did not fall short on any aspect. We have yet to have any service performed at their dealership but I feel confident they will continue to impress us. More

I had extra car debt and my credit wasn't that great, but Tariq and Marcus worked tirelessly and relentlessly to get me what I needed. They did everything they could and not only put me in a new car but took care of the tow for my old one and helped me with what I owed on it as well. Tariq makes you feel like he's seriously rooting for you, and makes you feel completely comfortable at all times. Tariq was so friendly and made us feel like his top priority as he took all of our requests into account. Within one afternoon we walked away with two cars that we couldn't be more pleased with. He made me feel completely comfortable and, even more so, he talked to me like a real person. Phil was totally down to earth but I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He was prepared and had answers to a lot of my questions and if he didn’t know, he told me so, he didn’t guess. He provided answers to questions he didn’t know timely which shows a lot of character. Toyota premier did a great job and helped us pick out a car that was within out budget; and with our trade in and premier discount we drove off the lot the same day with the newest and sportiest pre certified Camry they had! Teresa even did a courtesy follow up call one week after our purchase. Oh, and did I forget to mention that they even ran out to buy us lunch during the purchasing process?
