My Purchase Experience with Phil Makela Yesterday I planned to test drive some vehicles and was working with Phil Makela. Phil allowed me to test drive vehicles the way I would drive them in everyday life. He was also extremely knowledgeable about not only Toyota's, but other makes and models. He understands how to give us buyers a care free, no pressure, and friendly environment to do our shopping. I had no intention of buying a vehicle and Phil respected that in every way imaginable. I did end up purchasing a *Certified* 2017 Rav4 and I must say the team that Phil works with did every to help me get to my price and financing. Overall, the whole team at Premier Toyota was amazing and professional. They spoke to me like a friend. Not like most dealers I have dealt with where they talk to you like you don't know anything. Phil and his team also support LE which made my decision to do business with them much easier. Highly recommend doing business at this location. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome/Perfect, Perfect, Perfect We purchased a used Ford Explorer from Tariq Muqeet. It was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I ever had. I didn't have a lot of time t We purchased a used Ford Explorer from Tariq Muqeet. It was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I ever had. I didn't have a lot of time to come to the dealership and we needed a van or SUV since we have our third child on the way. Previous dealerships would not work with me over the phone and wanted me to come down to the dealership and still compromise, but Tariq Muqeet worked with me over the phone to get all the information he needed and worked the calculations needed to make all parties happy. We were able to come to a great compromise and I was only in the dealership for 40 minutes or so to check out the vehicle and then sign the paperwork. I believe more sales people need to be like Tariq in how they handle sales. Working with customers on what they need and not need and not just trying to get them to come down and test drive a car like the majority of my experiences buying cars have been. I am a numbers person, so knowing the numbers on what I will be spending is much more important than a test drive. if the price isn't good, a test drive won't make it better for a person like me. I will be referring anyone I know looking for a vehicle to Tariq and Premier Toyota. More
