I must say, Teresa seemed to know her inventory and zeroed in on what we wanted. We were grateful that she let us drive different models and make our decision with no sales pressure. The sales process was smooth with John working us through all the tape. I was also impressed that the sales staff worked things out so we could take our "new" car home and not have to make the hour's drive back the next day with check and title.
