The original Tacoma I wanted to purchase was sold, and Rick was able to find an exact match with the options and accessories I wanted in short order. Marcus went to bat for me to get the best financing deal possible, and the entire process of filling out the paperwork for the purchase and financing was very quick and efficient. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Premier, and would not hesitate to buy from them again, and would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop out and visit the dealership! More

Premier Toyota For The Win! My wife and I went to Premier Toyota of Amherst to buy a Toyota Tacoma. We traded a Hyundai SUV and received more than it was actually worth. The first truck I looked at, they got me financed, but unfortunately the payment was too high. We have poor credit scores. However, they were able to put together a great deal for me on another used truck that included a bumper to bumper warranty and Gap coverage, all very affordably. We had one small hiccup with the extended warranty. Our salesman Joe told us it was for 100,000 miles. After reviewing the paperwork we found it was only for 75,000. After contacting the sales manager Marcus, he went to work and got the warranty bumped up to the 100,000 miles which actually cost extra, the dealership paid out of their pocket to extend our warranty to what was promised. We are extremely happy with the service from Tariq, Joe and Marcus. Premier Toyota earned our business and we highly recommend them. More

2016 Certified Toyota Camry SE Wow! What a great experience buying a certified Toyota Camry from Premier Toyota. Sales rep, Rick Bonica responded to my internet search on a Wedne Wow! What a great experience buying a certified Toyota Camry from Premier Toyota. Sales rep, Rick Bonica responded to my internet search on a Wednesday and had the car in my drive way on a Friday. This does not sound unrealistic until you find out he drove 1.5 hours to get to Mentor, OH. I was impressed with Rick's knowledge and expertise. He was extremely professional and very responsive. Needless to say, Friday night I gave him a deposit over the phone to hold the car. The following Wednesday I was driving my new certified car. We had a couple small glitches in the process (after sale); however, Rick jumped right in to resolve. Needless to say, I am very pleased with the service and the car. Going into this experience of finally buying a new vehicle, my biggest fear was having to battle an overly pushy and aggressive salesperson who would pressure me to buy before I was ready, buy without shopping around, etc. Instead what I got was a comfortable, friendly, overwhelmingly positive experience! I worked with Tariq and he was everything I could have wanted: knowledgeable, friendly, FUNNY, and got me an incredible deal and financing rates. He worked within my budget and my timeline, ran numbers upon numbers to ensure that I was getting the best price given various scenarios, and made each of my three visits welcoming and stress-free. John, who got me through all of the paperwork, was wonderful and friendly as well. Every single person with whom I interacted was warm and accommodating. I am so happy I chose Premier Toyota, and I look forward to doing business with them for years to come! More
