Great Total Customer Experience! I recently purchased a new Tundra and worked with Paul Owens. This is the 2nd Tundra I've bought from this dealership. I went back to them because of I recently purchased a new Tundra and worked with Paul Owens. This is the 2nd Tundra I've bought from this dealership. I went back to them because of my first experience and they did not disappoint me the 2nd time. Actually, the experience was better than the first! They found a wonderful truck and they asked me how they could get me the payment I wanted. They did not try to haggle and use any "old school" sales tactics which are just annoying and don't work anymore. The finance team, the manager and Paul worked as a team to make it work for everyone. I drove an hour and a half past multiple other Toyota dealerships to work with Premier of Amherst and will not go anywhere else. I would recommend everyone give them a try. More

My awesome experience with Tariq!!! Chuck too!! It's always nerve racking when your making a big purchase and deciding whether your making the right decision. As a women you never want to feel press It's always nerve racking when your making a big purchase and deciding whether your making the right decision. As a women you never want to feel pressure or taken advantage of. Tariq was exceptionally professional from start to finish he made sure I felt at ease. He never once pressured me. We talked about the pros and cons and even let think about it over night. He politely followed up with me the next day. You can tell he loves his job and his number 1 priority is to go above and beyond. Customer service is important to him. If it wasnt for his polientness, patience and funny personality I am positive I would have gone elsewhere. I def recommend Tariq and will be coming back for future business. I also want to add the pac man arcade is awesome! Chuck the finance guy is efficient and funny. More
