Quick and Easy I came in looking for a used Toyota after my 2003 Toyota Prius was totaled in an accident days before. There were a few cars that were in my price ran I came in looking for a used Toyota after my 2003 Toyota Prius was totaled in an accident days before. There were a few cars that were in my price range that Lonnie showed me. He was very patient with me while I took the cars for test drives, answered all my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. It was a huge relief to me that he listened to my concerns and helped me find a car in such a short period of time. In all, it took about 2.5 hours from the time I walked in to when I got to drive home in my new car. I'm a graduate student with a part-time income, and Lonnie helped me get a nice deal on the car which really helped make it affordable for me. Given the very stressful circumstances I was under, Lonnie really helped make me feel at ease and confident about the entire process. More

Quick and easy My wife and I were interested in buying a new Toyota. Lonnie and Tariq did a very good job helping up purchase the vehicle we were looking for. Came in a stranger and left as family Started my relationship with Premier from googling Toyota dealership service department that I could trust. I was blown away with what I ended up finding. I had an appointment with Shane, who went above and beyond his expected duties. He really listened to my concerns and made them his top priority. He walked me through step-by-step, explaining details of what I should expect, kept me informed on what was going on, and individually explained each finding with my Corolla. He then printed out and went over in detail all of the findings on paper so I could see exactly what he was referring to. Something so simple from him was so huge for me, as I know nothing of the industry and lingo. During my wait, I was offered drinks from their impressive complimentary coffee bar as I hung out by the fireplace. They have a playroom for the kids and an authentic pinball machine, this place is ideal for even a short wait, but comfortable enough to sit a while during their thorough inspections. I was greeted by everyone, they all had awesome upbeat attitudes. It was a breath of fresh air seeing people excited and happy to interact at their place of business. I haven’t had that experience too often at other places of business. They definitely go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, comfortable, and ensure you will have a great experience. I certainly was impressed. Even, what I would assume was the owner or GM, came over and asked how things were going, if I needed anything, and made sure I was being well taken care of. That little guesture actually goes a long way. They are genuine and kind, it really conveys in their mannerisms. I could not have had a better experience during this visit, I already knew I was in good hands from my visit, I came in for a second visit. Excellent service started with their management and trickles down. Every employee I came in contact with treated me like family and friends. That hasn’t been my experience everywhere. Very happy to have found Premier, they’ve got a customer for life! Update: I was so impressed during my visit, it got me thinking if everyone was so kind and genuine, it might be the right time to go in and check out some cars, different styles, thinking possibly going from a car to an SUV. I, again, was greeted with smiles, welcomed and immediately introduced to Paul. He took the time to listen to my wants, needs and concerns and asked all the right questions to find out what kind of vehicle that would best fit my lifestyle, based upon actual usage of the vehicle and how I would integrate my daily life. He made a recommendation based upon things I hadn’t considered, nor had I been asked. It wasn’t until after we test drove the car I realized he really understood that there is a type of car that fit me best not just looks, price range, or other factors, smart! Because of this, I really felt confident in his first pick. Paul, realizing I was on the fence about getting into a larger car, understood that I needed some time to think this over as I had only driven cars so getting into something bigger was an adjustment that I did not want to take lightly. Even after I decided that I wasn’t going to purchase that day, but likely wanted to take some time and think about it, he then proceeded to talk to me about other things to consider. He was well-informed and easy to talk to and explained things in a way that I could understand, but was not familiar with, as I’m not making these types of purchases regularly. He changed my thought process and the whole car buying experience. It made all the difference. I thought about it for a few days but as life usually does, it kept me busy and I hadn’t been able to return. During that time, Paul had advanced to a new position within Premier and I found myself on the receiving end of an introductory call from his esteemed co-worker, Josh, seems Paul had explained what I was looking for and he wanted to see if he could continue to help. Josh was very kind, understanding, knowledgeable and informative. He help me understand the remaining process and transition very easily into my new Toyota C-HR. I feel his genuine concern and willingness to go above and beyond to help me make this purchase was what had sealed the deal on this car. After picking his brain for what seemed like a longer than normal conversation, I realized I had taken up a bit of his time and he did not seem at all bothered and understood that I was just a concerned consumer and reassured me that this is a purchase to be well-informed with. Never once did I feel pressured to make a purchase, but more so that he was a helping hand, bridging the gap of something unfamiliar. Upon meeting him he made the process easy and actually enjoyable! I left there, recommended two other people to go in and see Josh that day! The few times I have purchased a car before, I definitely cannot say the experience was enjoyable, but this company puts me at ease, makes me realize that I am a long-time customer instead of just a one time purchase and it makes all the difference. See for yourself! I’m so happy someone once recommended a Toyota but more so I’m beyond ecstatic that I ended up at Premier!!! I could not be happier! More
