He was extremely prepared and made sure to tell me right away the history of the car. He printed out the car fax for me and talked things through. Extremely patient and kind! Overall the dealership was personable, fun, and friendly. They offered cookies, hot chocolate, and water. Only complaint would be the financial process. Finance guy was extremely nice but wasn’t careful when printing out paperwork- found details that were confusing within the paperwork. Fortunately everything was corrected and we bought the car. Read the fine print!!! More
