Made my first car purchase in over 10 years recently. We were looking for "gently used," but hadn't decided on just 1 model yet, so ended up visiting and hearing from at least 8 different dealerships. Tariq quickly set his apart by sending me a video "tour" of one of my preferred cars. He was responsive yet not pushy - some dealers I heard from every single day (too much). Amherst Toyota ended up the 3rd dealership we visited - it was a pleasant experience, I appreciated that Tariq was pretty clear about (again, used) options that were well priced - not just guiding us to the most expensive or lowest price if they didn't have the right features or just weren't as good a value. We ended up buying our "new" car with Tariq, and he then took the time to show me ALL of the features of the car and make sure I was comfortable with it before leaving the lot. Good Experience I had a good experience. Greetings were wonderful and no wait time to take my car into be serviced. My car was done before the expected time. The ser I had a good experience. It was still on the tire settings. I don't work well with computers. So I left and tried to get my speedometer to work and ended up coming back. Octavius came to my rescue! He recognized me right away and asked if everything was ok. I explained what was happening and he set everything back to the way I wanted. I thanked him and was on my way. He is a asset to your Toyota Dealership. He deserves a raise and a pat on the back! Thank you! More
