I stepped in to Premiere with the intention of just asking a few questions, and Tariq answered all of them by putting me in a 2020 Camry LE with 8 miles on it. Tariq has a gift. Wow! Where do I begin?I'll start that I am very pleased Wow! Where do I begin? I'll start that I am very pleased with the Toyota I purchased, just not the car buying experience with Premier Toyota. It Wow! Where do I begin? I'll start that I am very pleased with the Toyota I purchased, just not the car buying experience with Premier Toyota. It began when my wife and I arrived to purchase. We had a 5:30 p.m. appointment, but our Sales contact Dan Smith was finishing up with another customer. I understand that happens. We waited and waited and finally got to meet with him around 6 p.m. He took us out to the car and started to go through setting it up with us. However, after five minutes another one of his customers showed up and he left us in the vehicle. After waiting 15 minutes for him, we went back into the dealership. We waited again until close to 7 p.m. to finally start signing the paperwork. I still do not know how many of the features on my car work... We worked our way through the paperwork and when it got to the Sales paper for the vehicle the price was different than what we agreed upon over the phone. During our conversation we agreed up a price, with my understanding it was before I received the $1,750 rebate, as I had not decided if I was going to do the rebate or the financing offer. The price on the sales sheet was $1,750 higher than agreed upon price. Of course they claimed to already be at invoice and they could do nothing about it. We decided to purchase the vehicle anyways as it was the one we had been seeking. A person from their Customer Relations team contacted me a few days later and I explained what happened. He spoke to their general manager and others involved and all are claiming the price on the offer sheet was the agreed upon price. Sad thing is I never received an offer sheet from them, so I do not know what they are talking about. Bottom line - if you want a Toyota, find another dealership. From the lack of attention from my salesperson to the bait-and-switch with the pricing, this is not a place you want to purchase a vehicle. More
