Hands-down, one of the Best dealership experiences I’ve ever had! No pressure, courteous and kind sales people. Collin Is very knowledgeable and helpful! Typically, most dealers give you the runaround from salesman to Sales Manager to finance etc. I loved the fact that Collin, Was more like a concierge than a high-pressure sales person. No gimmicks! It was worth the drive to Amherst and I will definitely do business with them again! The dealership has a large selection of fine New and preowned vehicles! More

Do not have your safety recalls performed at this establishment. Technicians are not fully trained and have to be “coached” post opening a case with Toyota. The seriousness of having the RAV4 complet establishment. Technicians are not fully trained and have to be “coached” post opening a case with Toyota. The seriousness of having the RAV4 completely immobilize while traveling on the highway at 60+ mph. This level of incompetence could have been an absolute disaster... The vehicle was towed to another dealer which uncovered the huge mistake, fuel tank/sending unit was installed improperly! More

Tariq was an absolute pleasure. He answered my inquiry at 7 am and from then on I knew he’d go above and beyond! I never felt as though I was speaking with a sales manager... I always felt like I was speaking with a longtime friend. What sets Tariq apart is his ability to make you feel comfortable during what could be an anxiety-inducing experience! Buying a car is a huge commitment, large financial purchase, and a time investment for everyone involved. I was thankful that Tariq never made me feel rushed nor pressured.
