Agreed to used vehicle purchase on Thursday, 6/10.Was Agreed to used vehicle purchase on Thursday, 6/10. Was told it would be delivered to me on Friday, 6/11. 6/11 came and went. Same conversation, changed to ready on Monday, 6/14. Speaking to a sales manager on Saturday, 6/12, was told it would be something they would tackle early Monday 6/14. Monday comes, Was told it would be lunch time Monday, 6/14. Now, it's not until 5pm will the vehicle be ready... possibly no delivery until 8pm. Of all of the updates, 6, 5 of them were initiated by me asking. The one update I proactively received was the lunch time delivery. Extremely annoyed by the lack of communication, straight story, and commitment to getting my purchase finalized. More
