I was excited to answer the initial survey but now am being bombarded by mail as wellp as emails. I understand how the importance of surveys as we conduct them at our physicians practice. It assures how well a Co. is doing as well as what areas may have room for improvement. I appreciated the attentiveness of the cust. service staff during maintenance. I do have a suggestion for notification to the owners. I had purchased a service plan. I was using it as a guide for my budget. When I brought the car in I was told your MENU had changed. Being a single mom of three, I wasn't prepared for the 50$ difference. If you could notify us by mailing just as you do for future purchase info etc. It would be appreciated. I do Love all the people I have had contact with. They are all helpful, friendly and courteous. I will recommend Premier Toyota to anyone I know. Warm Regards, Jeanne McLellan More
Nanette Peters was very helpful during my recent 2009 purchase. I have been a dedicated customer and part of the Toyota Family for the last 32 yrs. I had just went through a devasitating divorce, which ultimate lead to a bankruptcy and in the end I found that I had to surrender my Camry in order to regain my credit status. Nanette was very support, very help in this process, and most of all was never once judged me. This was a hard process for myself, since I was going through this alone, or so I thought until Nanette and the financial team stepped up and reassured me with their presence, supportive attitude which helped me through the complete process. Nanette Peters was awesome and a true asset to the Toyota Family. Premier Toyota in Amherst are 1st rate and; therefore, this is why I am a true and loyal "Toyota Family Member." I would highly recommend Nanette Peters to any woman and/or male who may find themself in a situation like mine. It was refreshing to have a female salesperson assisting me...Nanette you are AWESOME and a true asset to any employer!!!! More
I had a very short time frame to make a car decesion and needed some non standard equipment installed, a trailer hitch on a Highlander. There were a lot of issues, but the thing that impressed me and kept me as a customer is that they didn't blame me for having a special requirement in a short time interval. Instead they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Even a couple of weeks after the sale and I was out of town and having problems, the sales group didn't play pass the buck, but did what they had to do to take care of my problem. It is easy to rate a dealer excellent when there aren't any problems, but when there are problems and the dealer (the dealer in this case being the sales team) takes care of them without hassle then I'm impressed and they will most likely get my repeat business. More
I purchased a used pick-up. What they promised was not what they delivered once the papers came. I asked for the internet price which they agreed to, but then they deducted a thousand from my trade-in, a what they delivered once the papers came. I asked for the internet price which they agreed to, but then they deducted a thousand from my trade-in, and charged me for the "free" auto butler, and although it was a certified used vehicle, they still said I needed the extra warranty for coverage. It appears this dealership is only looking for one-time customers. Get a quote and take it elsewhere for a better deal. Integrity should not be on their slogan. More
We purchased a gently used 2007 Toyota Sienna fall of 07 and have been very pleased with both the purchase and the service. Our purchase went very smoothly and quickly. We have returned for our routine service appointments several times this past year and a half and each visit was handled very well. Premier Toyota has a comfortable area for those of us who wait for our vehicles with sofas, soft chairs and even a fireplace. The television is on but not so loud to bother my reading. I was even asked by an employee if I wanted a different channel. My car was serviced and results discussed with me. We buy Toyotas because of the quality and this van has not disappointed. We will continue to use Premier even though there is another dealer closer to us mainly because of the friendliness and quality of service we have received. More
I had a great experience at Premier Toyota. I was purchasing my first car so I was new to the whole experience. Everyone there was very friendly and very accomodating. Brian worked with me and we wer purchasing my first car so I was new to the whole experience. Everyone there was very friendly and very accomodating. Brian worked with me and we were able to come up with the perfect car that fit my budget and it was the color I wanted and everything. My only criticism is on that particular day they were short staffed in the adminstrative department. We had to wait over an hour to get in to see someone to finalize the paperwork and make my first payment. I realize this wasn't Brian's fault but it did make the experience a little more frustrating beause it took up a lot of our day. That being said I have nothing but praise for Brian and all the employees at Premier everone was wonderful to us and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Thanks again! More
My experiences at Premier Toyota Scion have been nothing short of stellar. In 2006 my son and I both purchased new Toyota's. I chose a Corolla, before gas went to almost $4 a gallon, and my son bought a Camry. We are both pleased to be Toyota owners and Guests of Premier Toyota Scion, Amherst Ohio. Each visit to the store for service, a free car wash or to kick tires and dream about the next Premier Toyota is like a family reunion. Salesperson was very friendly, quite patient as we ordered a car in a color which evidently was difficult to get in this area. However, we did get it.
