The sales guy was nice the only problem I had was with the Service Center. Nobody called me to tell me my car was ready when I had it in to put in a sun roof..... My experience with Premier Toyota has been enjoyable thus far, this is an extraordinary statement in my case. Every other dealership in the area seems not to be honest in some respect, or downright rude and far, this is an extraordinary statement in my case. Everyone at Premier seems to understand how client/customer relations and perspective ought to be. My Sales manager absolutely understood and took serious the personal investment pain and committment that I endured. I did not purchase the most expensive unit on the lot by far, despite that I receieved personal attention. Every service visit thus far has been a positive experience, and as time goes by all of the folks at Premier have continued to build the positive experience. There is nothing other to think but that Premier Totota has represented what I beleive to be the best and what I have come to know the Toyota brand for, a solid value for the dollar. The best investment You can make in what is one of modern life's most expensive appliances, the automobile. So far at Premier, the service department handles my vehicle professionally, Jill at the Cashiers desk is always friendly, and the process is smooth. So far, my Toyota has been all I expected and more. When this vehicle is ready to replace for me, I will be returning to Premier for the purchase of my next Toyota. More
I feel that Premier does its best to milk every cent out of me. If I go in for a "Free" oil change or Auto Butler service, then I also have to pay for a car cleaning or some whatever-thousand mile service of me. I also spoke a woman in finance about getting out of Auto Butler, but she didn't return my call. I feel I paid too much for the car and am now locked into a rate. More
Sales Person Rob Kubic and Premier Toyota were a pleasure to deal with. Rob was very straight forward and true to his word on everything we spoke about over the phone. My whole adult life of 40+ years I have been a Ford man until now, my wife talked me into looking for her a new car I said Ford and she said I'm tired of Fords. She said I want to look at Toyota. I have been to no.of Toyota delarships before coming to Premier Toyota. I can feel the difference in customer service as soon as you enter the showroom. The way they greet you into the showroom and the way Premier Toyota. I can feel the difference in customer service as soon as you enter the showroom. The way they greet you into the showroom and the way they offer water, coffe and stuff is out standing. I never experienced that kind of hospitality at any other car dealership. I am really impressed. Omar is relatively new in his job and he is still in the process of learning. He could have handled certain situations in a little better way but again he is new and learning. Other than those few issues because of a new salesman we had a great experience. More

I do have a suggestion for notification to the owners. I had purchased a service plan. I was using it as a guide for my budget. When I brought the car in I was told your MENU had changed. Being a single mom of three, I wasn't prepared for the 50$ difference. If you could notify us by mailing just as you do for future purchase info etc. It would be appreciated. Nanette Peters was very helpful during my recent 2009 purchase. I have been a dedicated customer and part of the Toyota Family for the last 32 yrs. I had just went through a devasitating divorce, which ultimate lead to a bankruptcy and in the end I found that I had to surrender my Camry in order to regain my credit status. Nanette was very support, very help in this process, and most of all was never once judged me. This was a hard process for myself, since I was going through this alone, or so I thought until Nanette and the financial team stepped up and reassured me with their presence, supportive attitude which helped me through the complete process. Nanette Peters was awesome and a true asset to the Toyota Family. Premier Toyota in Amherst are 1st rate and; therefore, this is why I am a true and loyal "Toyota Family Member." I would highly recommend Nanette Peters to any woman and/or male who may find themself in a situation like mine. It was refreshing to have a female salesperson assisting me...Nanette you are AWESOME and a true asset to any employer!!!! More
I had a very short time frame to make a car decesion and needed some non standard equipment installed, a trailer hitch on a Highlander. There were a lot of issues, but the thing that impressed me and kept me as a customer is that they didn't blame me for having a special requirement in a short time interval. Instead they went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. Even a couple of weeks after the sale and I was out of town and having problems, the sales group didn't play pass the buck, but did what they had to do to take care of my problem. It is easy to rate a dealer excellent when there aren't any problems, but when there are problems and the dealer (the dealer in this case being the sales team) takes care of them without hassle then I'm impressed and they will most likely get my repeat business. More
