I have benn shopping for new/certified used for 2 months. I had it narrowed down to the Honda Accord and the Toyota Camry. I liked the attention I got at Premier and the fact that I told them I needed to t I had it narrowed down to the Honda Accord and the Toyota Camry. Honda continued to call and bother me. Todd took me on a test drive that was on a road that needed alittle work so I could feel how well the car handled it and then he took me to a highway where I coould feel the pickup the vehicle had. Premier also dealt with me as an individual, not a "woman" that really doesnt know alot about vehicles. I didn't feel pressured into purchasing something I really wasn't sure about. I highly reccommend Premier Toyota to anyone out there car shopping. More

I had found the truck I wanted on the internet which Heather was more than happy to show me. Heather was quite knowledgeable about every aspect of my Toyota Tacoma, telling me all the details and answering all my questions. By the time we arrived back from our test drive she had a price quote and a generous trade offer waiting for me. There was absolutely no reason to haggle. I ended up purchasing the car that they offered, and with no price hassling, I got a steal! I've taken my car back to them for routine maintenance, (oil changes, car washes, etc.) and the great customer service continues. Then I went to the dealership and Nannette let me try out 2 other Camrys and show my wife. We then had a hard time chosing between the v-6 model and the hybrid but she and the manager were very helpfull in giving us the time we needed to finaly decide and then reach a deal. In the spring of 2007, my partner and I went to Premier Toyota in Amherst with the thought of looking at, and perhaps buying, a Prius. We had the great good fortune of being "assigned" Nanette Peters as o Toyota in Amherst with the thought of looking at, and perhaps buying, a Prius. We had the great good fortune of being "assigned" Nanette Peters as our sales representative. She was, in a word, splendid. In a few more words, she was also extremely helpful, well-informed, courteous, and eager to help us find exactly the right car. And that is just what happened. We bought a Prius from her that day, and we love it so much that we are on the waiting list for a 2010 model, which we would not consider buying from anyone else but Nanette. Our experience with her was so positive that we have unhesitatingly recommended her to a number of our friends, several of whom have indeed bought cars from Premier. We hope everyone in this dealership understands what an asset they have in Nanette. In addition, we have been taking our Prius to Premier for service ever since we bought it, and we have found the service there to be exceptional as well. You've got a good thing going!
