Here is the exact message I sent to the dealership where we recently bought 4 new tires for our Prius with about 20,000 miles: 1.) Our tires seem to be excellent. We took a trip to Elmira, New York, (from we recently bought 4 new tires for our Prius with about 20,000 miles: 1.) Our tires seem to be excellent. We took a trip to Elmira, New York, (from Wakeman, Ohio) on Wednesday&Thursday, and we felt confident that the tires were keeping us safe. We are not visual experts on a good set of tires, but we can tell their quality by how many miles we are able to drive on them. The first trip was a nice success without any problems. 2.) The representatives that I spoke to on the phone gave me complete answers for every question I asked and gave me an appointment that was as quick as possible to fit my schedule. I was very pleased. I wish I had taken note of the female voice that I spoke with first to also give her credit, but I can specify Rich as the person in the parts department that gave me price and availability information on the tires for my Prius. 3.) Your Maintenance department really excels at getting the cars through the process in a timely manner. In my initial call to set up the appointment, the female voice explained that they typically need 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete the entire process of installing. She offered me the 1:15 pm time period. On Tuesday, I added alignment to the services I was requesting, and the car was still ready before 3:00 pm. 4.) The only thing that might have been done better, was that I did not hear my name called. At a couple minutes before 3:00, I looked at the outgoing lane and saw that my car was waiting there. I expected my name to be called, but I also noticed that the department was very productively busy. It seemed reasonable that there were just several things being done at once and the tall woman that seems to manage the department was just returning from lunch. At about 10 minutes past 3:00, another car was pulled into the outgoing lane behind my car, and I decided I should inquire. I was able to quickly pay my bill and leave, Later that evening, or maybe even the next day, I found an e-mail that announced that my vehicle was ready. It may be that I am in a minority of people that do not have a cell phone or portable access to my e-mails, but I do not. Was my name spoken out loud and I did not hear it being called. Perhaps, but I was never further than the coffee counter. So, I recommend that you continue to offer the excellent service and just add a sign of some sort that announces names in a visual way, for those of us that do not hear the spoken names and do not carry the portable technology. Thanks, Nancy Ann Smith More
I wanted to write about recently working with Premier Toyota and salesperson Jenny Brockman. I was looking for either a used Toyota FJ or Prius which I am sure made the process more difficult for the sal Toyota and salesperson Jenny Brockman. I was looking for either a used Toyota FJ or Prius which I am sure made the process more difficult for the sales staff. Complicating the issue was the fact that I am recently divorced and needed consultation on my financing options. Premier took time with me and went over buying and leasing options I never thought to consider. Jenny was more than knowledgeable and really added to the wonderful experience I had at Premier Toyota. I want to also mention that Jenny was very responsive to my questions and emails. As a matter of fact, she was the only dealer to return my emails at all. I had sent requests to 3 dealerships originally and she not only responded but did it within 10-15 minutes each time. Because of this fact I drove nearly an hour and 15 minutes from home to meet Jenny and the Premier sales team. Although I did not purchase a vehicle yet I will be sure to see Premier again further down the buying process. More

I was looking to go back to be back when my lease is up. My salesman, Dan Eidam, was very professional and helpful. I am enjoying my RAV4 very much. When I first entered the Dealership I was met by Mark Hudson. He exceeded my expectations. He was polite and very helpful. He ended up finding me the perfect car. I purchased my car on a Sunday and that Hudson. He exceeded my expectations. He was polite and very helpful. He ended up finding me the perfect car. I purchased my car on a Sunday and that next Tuesday I received a phone call from Chad Engle, the financing manager. He told me that they had made a mistake and entered the wrong Vin number on the paper work and needed me to come back and resign. So that same day I went back only to find out that he was too busy to see me. So I told him I would be back Saturday. Well on Saturday, I woke up with some health issues and had to see a doctor immediately, so I called and let Chad know I could not make it in. Monday morning I received a very threatening message from a man calling himself Major Harrison who claimed to be a sales manager there. He said that this problem had been going on for 2 weeks and I was avoiding them and if I didn't call back right away that they would send someone to pick up the car. This really angered me because it had not been 2 weeks and I already went in once to fix a mistake on their end only for them to be too busy to deal with it. So I went in Monday and asked Chad why I needed to resign the paperwork and once again he said it was because the Vin number was wrong and everything else would be the same. So I signed and left. Well when I got home and compared the 2 car notes, the Vin number on both papers was the same, the only difference was my car payments had gone up because of extra warranties they added! So the very next day I called Chad back, but of course he did not answer, He made one attempt to reach me again, in the middle of my work day. After many phone calls on my part that week, I finally got to speak with Major Harrison. Well he told me he didn't understand why anyone told me the Vin was wrong and that I had needed to come back in because of the Financing, so naturally I asked him why I was lied to. He claimed he was going to get to the bottom of it and the reason they added the warranties is because the financing company didn't feel comfortable lending me so much money, yet in the end I was being lent more? So then he insisted that I should come back in again so he could explain. I told him that I would call him back. So 2 hours later I did, no answer so I left a message. This was on Saturday, it is now Thursday and I have yet to hear anything back. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. As far as I am concerned this dealership is full of scam artists and needless to say they will not be receiving any more of my business or my families. More
Jennifer Brockway's customer service and attention to her customer's needs is A+. She is never pushy and listens well to her customers. The service department is great. I came in with a flat tire close customer's needs is A+. She is never pushy and listens well to her customers. The service department is great. I came in with a flat tire close to the end of their service day on a busy Sat, and the car was ready in an hour. They are always helpful and up front with all repairs needed on the car. Overall, I will continue to take my car to Premier, recommend them to people I know, and wouldn't think of buying a car from anywhere else. More

No one buys a car expecting to have a legal issue with the dealership but should a legal issue ever occur would you want to be able to pursue that issue without restriction or would you want to be restric the dealership but should a legal issue ever occur would you want to be able to pursue that issue without restriction or would you want to be restricted by the dealership in how you can pursue a legal issue against them? My husband and I bought a car from Premier Toyota in Amherst this past Saturday. One of the documents we were asked to sign when doing the paperwork for the transaction was an "Arbitration Agreement". A cursory reading of this document made it clear that by signing it we would be giving up some of our legal rights to pursue the dealership in a court of law should there ever be reason to do so. We refused to sign the document at least until we consulted an attorney. The dealership continued with the rest of the purchase paperwork but then would not allow us to take the car home. Let me be clear, we paid for the car and we filled out all of the purchase agreement paperwork but the dealership would not allow us to take the car because we would not sign the arbitration agreement. We spoke to an attorney Sunday morning who advised against ever signing a document that restricts one's legal rights to pursue a potential grievance. We called the dealership to re-iterate that we would not sign the arbitration agreement and we were told that they dealership would not sell us the car (the car that they already sold us). Beware of ever signing an arbitration agreement and beware of the efforts of this dealership to persuade you to sign one. In an effort to get us to sign the arbitration agreement the Sales Manager mischaracterized what the agreement means and told us that all dealerships require them, which is completely false. In the end we bought the same car with the same options for over a thousand dollars less from another dealership, one that does not require an arbitration agreement. More
High rating based on leasing new 2010 Camry with Fred Tucker as the Premier Toyota salesman. Fred went out of his way to ensure an excellent purchasing experience. He spent a lot of time explaning featu Tucker as the Premier Toyota salesman. Fred went out of his way to ensure an excellent purchasing experience. I purchased a 2009 Prius in October 2008 at Premier Toyota after researching and shopping at several dealerships. Premier was head and shoulders above the others in all areas of customer service. Ser Toyota after researching and shopping at several dealerships. Premier was head and shoulders above the others in all areas of customer service. Servicing the vehicle has been competent and thorough. We will keep going back to Premier even though there are other dealerships closer. Last Friday my wife noticed the right front tire was flat as she pulled out of the garage. I called at 4:00pm. Nicole gotme in for a 5:00 appointment. I took off the tire, did the 40 minute drive, Heather met me at the service door, took the tire and in about 30 minutes she expained the plugging process, the tire was fixed, and I was on my way home. Heather was outstanding. She was friendly, courteous, and very efficient. She is a real asset to Premier. Everyone we have dealt with at Premier has been top notch. More
I had been shopping for a good deal on a lightly used 4 Runner for months in my home state of Texas without success. I contacted Premier Toyota through a web search and received a response form Brian Romel Runner for months in my home state of Texas without success. I contacted Premier Toyota through a web search and received a response form Brian Romell shortly after. I explained to Brian that I was out of state and he was still respective to working with me. I told him what I was looking for and within two weeks, Premier Toyota was able to find two different 4 Runners to choose from. Brian and the Premier team did an exceptional job of taking care of all the paperwork and had it in my hands within days. The 4 Runner was shipped to Texas days latter. I would highly recommend Premier Toyota to any person who values honesty, integrity and great pricing. Steve More
