From the gal that answers the phone, to Chad in finance, my buying experience with Premier was awesome from start to finish. I just couldn't get over how CONSISTENTLY friendly the operator was and then how my buying experience with Premier was awesome from start to finish. I just couldn't get over how CONSISTENTLY friendly the operator was and then how willing (not pushy) the sales force was to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Both Donald Toth and Will were extremely patient, informative and helpful in making my new used car purchase - Donald was determined to find the vehicle that met my wants and needs. It's a big decision, anytime you feel you're signing 2-7 years of your life away with debt. I'm happy to say I walked away feeling excited and confident that I made the best decision with this purchase. I can't ever remember being shown or offered the customer service that I received with Premier - Donald even followed up a few days later to see how everythng was going and if there was anything I needed!!!. If all keeps going as well, I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Amy Lute More
The dealership was clean and organized. Most importantly, my sales person, Fred Tucker, was great. He was very frienly and listened to what I needed. He was prompt and very respectful. I got the car for the price I wanted, and did not have to "fight" the dealer for it, like I have experienced at other dealers. They also have a large inventory of cars. More

Fred was great! He spent a lot of time with me and explained all my options, answered all my questioned and generally made me feel welcome. I was very happy with our transaction and am pleased with my explained all my options, answered all my questioned and generally made me feel welcome. I was very happy with our transaction and am pleased with my 2011 RAV4. I drive a lot, and Fred talked to me about the comparative comfort od the various options, and about how they handle in snow. I'm pleased with the care package I got-- oil changes, tire rotations, Auto Butler, etc. I've already recommended Premier Toyota to my father! More
Very easy experience. I brought my financier (my wife) to handle the dickering portion of the sale. We were both pleasantly surprised that the entire transaction went so quickly, and smoothly... without to handle the dickering portion of the sale. We were both pleasantly surprised that the entire transaction went so quickly, and smoothly... without the need for dickering! Ericka (our sales lady) was GREAT! All the folks in the dealership on Sunday afternoon made the purchase of my new (used) car a breeze... There were almost too many cars to choose from... I felt like a kid in a candy store! THANX! I found a cute little 09 Corolla at this dealership last Tuesday from toyotacertified.com. When I called to inquire about it, I spoke with Mark Hudson who told me the car had been sold. About 10 minutes lat Tuesday from toyotacertified.com. When I called to inquire about it, I spoke with Mark Hudson who told me the car had been sold. About 10 minutes later, he called me back and said the car hadn't been sold, it had just been moved to another part of the lot. I live in DC but I have an uncle who near the dealership, so I wanted him to take a look at the car before I spent the money on a ticket to get out there to buy the car. I gave Mark my credit card number for a $500 deposit on the car with the understanding that my uncle would look at/test drive the car this weekend, and if everything went well, I would come up the following weekend to sign the papers and drive the car back to DC. About 20 minutes later, the sales manager Will McEwan called me back and said despite the deposit, he didn't want the car sitting on the lot for 2 weeks waiting for me to decide if I really wanted it or not. With the new model year cars coming out, I understood, and by the end of the phone call, we agreed that he would have Mark drive the car to my uncle's house one night this week for the test drive, and then they would over-night me the paperwork to sign. Everything would have been finalized by the weekend. All I had to do was contact my uncle to see what night would work best. I called my uncle, arranged the test drive for Thursday night, and Wednesday morning I called Will back to let him know the test drive should be set for 6:30pm Thursday. I then bought a train ticket for Friday, figuring it would be easier for me to sign the papers in person rather than overnighting them back and forth with the dealership. I arranged the financing through my bank, paid my apartment complex here $150 for a parking spot, initiated my auto insurance, and arranged transportation for my sister from Grand Rapids, MI to meet me in Ohio to help me drive the car back to DC. Everything was all set. Thursday night around 7:30pm I received a phone call from my uncle saying that Mark had never shown up with the car for the test drive. When I called the dealership to ask why, Will wasn't working that day, and Mark was busy showing a car to someone else. Mark called me back about 20 minutes later and when I asked him why he didn't show up for the test drive, he said he had no knowledge the test drive had been scheduled. Apparently Will hadn't relayed the message. To add insult to injury, Mark also told me that the credit department never ran my deposit Tuesday, and the car had been sold to someone else Wednesday. He offered his apologies, and said he would call Will directly to find out where the disconnect happened. He said he (Mark) wasn't working Friday, but would have Will call me first thing Friday morning to explain the situation. It is now Saturday afternoon and I haven't heard from anyone else. It wouldn't have been so bad if someone had called Wednesday or Thursday morning and said they accidentally sold the car to someone else, but they didn't. They let my uncle sit waiting all night for them to show up, and when I called to find out why, THATS when they told me the car was sold. How rude! More

Here is the exact message I sent to the dealership where we recently bought 4 new tires for our Prius with about 20,000 miles: 1.) Our tires seem to be excellent. We took a trip to Elmira, New York, (from we recently bought 4 new tires for our Prius with about 20,000 miles: 1.) Our tires seem to be excellent. We took a trip to Elmira, New York, (from Wakeman, Ohio) on Wednesday&Thursday, and we felt confident that the tires were keeping us safe. We are not visual experts on a good set of tires, but we can tell their quality by how many miles we are able to drive on them. The first trip was a nice success without any problems. 2.) The representatives that I spoke to on the phone gave me complete answers for every question I asked and gave me an appointment that was as quick as possible to fit my schedule. I was very pleased. I wish I had taken note of the female voice that I spoke with first to also give her credit, but I can specify Rich as the person in the parts department that gave me price and availability information on the tires for my Prius. 3.) Your Maintenance department really excels at getting the cars through the process in a timely manner. In my initial call to set up the appointment, the female voice explained that they typically need 1 1/2 to 2 hours to complete the entire process of installing. She offered me the 1:15 pm time period. On Tuesday, I added alignment to the services I was requesting, and the car was still ready before 3:00 pm. 4.) The only thing that might have been done better, was that I did not hear my name called. At a couple minutes before 3:00, I looked at the outgoing lane and saw that my car was waiting there. I expected my name to be called, but I also noticed that the department was very productively busy. It seemed reasonable that there were just several things being done at once and the tall woman that seems to manage the department was just returning from lunch. At about 10 minutes past 3:00, another car was pulled into the outgoing lane behind my car, and I decided I should inquire. I was able to quickly pay my bill and leave, Later that evening, or maybe even the next day, I found an e-mail that announced that my vehicle was ready. It may be that I am in a minority of people that do not have a cell phone or portable access to my e-mails, but I do not. Was my name spoken out loud and I did not hear it being called. Perhaps, but I was never further than the coffee counter. So, I recommend that you continue to offer the excellent service and just add a sign of some sort that announces names in a visual way, for those of us that do not hear the spoken names and do not carry the portable technology. Thanks, Nancy Ann Smith More
I wanted to write about recently working with Premier Toyota and salesperson Jenny Brockman. I was looking for either a used Toyota FJ or Prius which I am sure made the process more difficult for the sal Toyota and salesperson Jenny Brockman. I was looking for either a used Toyota FJ or Prius which I am sure made the process more difficult for the sales staff. Complicating the issue was the fact that I am recently divorced and needed consultation on my financing options. Premier took time with me and went over buying and leasing options I never thought to consider. Jenny was more than knowledgeable and really added to the wonderful experience I had at Premier Toyota. I want to also mention that Jenny was very responsive to my questions and emails. As a matter of fact, she was the only dealer to return my emails at all. I had sent requests to 3 dealerships originally and she not only responded but did it within 10-15 minutes each time. Because of this fact I drove nearly an hour and 15 minutes from home to meet Jenny and the Premier sales team. Although I did not purchase a vehicle yet I will be sure to see Premier again further down the buying process. More
This is my second lease from Premier Toyota, and I will be back when my lease is up. My salesman, Dan Eidam, was very professional and helpful. I am enjoying my RAV4 very much.
