I unfortunately rated the overall experience bad because of one issue. The day after my service I looked at my checking account to see an additional charge from Toyota of $1150.00. I definitely was not happy about this (who would be) but I knew there was a reason behind it and it would be fixed. I understand things like this happen, I work with it almost on a daily basis but it is the overall customer service that made my entire attitude about Toyota of Amherst completely negative and I doubt I will ever return. When I first called and spoke to a man about this he acted like I was putting him behind, like he had better things to do then figure out where this amount came from. He at first was very rude with me as to where that charge came from because apparently it was not in there system. When he figured out it was my RO (?) number that was charged to my account he simply told me that the salesman accidentally charged my account but had voided it immediately after. After realizing what happened I called my bank to see if they could immediately stop the charge since it was an accident. My bank needed a few things to prove that it was deleted and not meant to be charged to my account. When calling back I spoke with a lady (in accounting I believe) who then once again gave me nothing but attitude. Customer service nowadays is KEY to the success of a business, especially in a service industry like a dealership. I never once had received an apology from either of those two people I dealt with. Neither one had called me back to ensure the payment was going to be taken off in a timely manner. It would not have been that big of a deal if I actually would have gotten decent customer service, but I mean come on it was over a thousand dollar charge... the least you guys could have done was seemed a little more interested in the issue. I bought a brand new car from this dealership and can promise I will NEVER spend another dime there again because of the horrible customer service that I received. However, on a good note I would like to commend Ericka Worstell and Matthew Radeff. They barely knew about the situation and immediately apologized on behalf of the dealership as soon as they did. More

As a national sales manager I appreciate not being treated as a "commission sale". At Premier their sales/finance staff is courteous, friendly and made my purchase easy. Marisol is a great salesperson. She was extremely nice and friendly, she did everything she could to assist us. I absolutely love my new car it fits me very well, she knew exactly what i would like. Marisol also did a great job explaining all of the paper work and getting our payments to be affordable for us. I now think Marisol is more then just a salesperson she is a friend and i enjoy seeing her every time i go to get my free car washes!!!! More

It took us a long time to figure out which car was going to be right for us (we considered three different types of vehicles over the course of three months.) She was never pushy and was accepting of our crazy schedules and limited times that we could visit the dealership. She was very knowledgeable about the products. She was also about as far from a typical car salesperson as you could imagine: in a very good way. We also enjoyed working with Major and especially appreciated his no nonsense approach. We'd definitely recommend Marisol and Premier. More

I would recommend Premier Toyota and salesperson Jennifer Brockway highly to anyone. My deal started with me looking at the van that I wanted by myself and starting the appraisal process on my trade. My appraisal was within the range that was supplied to me from the online questionaire and was fair and balanced from the onset. I was given the opportunity to drive the van and model I was looking for immediately and was offered a fair deal to consider. Due to the fact that I had just started to research the purchase and that this was a purchase for my whole family I left the dealership to research and look around at what van would best suit our family. I was never bothered by the dealership but anytime I called or emailed I was supplied with whatever information I was asking for. When I decided on the Toyota and took my family with me to look at it, they were treated just as well and even my five year old twins were instantly engaged by our salesperson and the manager. We were given the opportunity to drive the van as a family and given plenty of time to test doors, windows, storage, and everything else in the van during our visit. Once I made my decision the final pickup was quick and easy as evidenced that I did it with my five year olds with me. Overall a great experience and very happy with my purchase. More
