Toyota Premier went above and beyond to serve me and my family. My company transferred me from Mexico to work from our HQ at Elyria, OH. Part of the relocation process implied for us to purchase 2 vehicles family. My company transferred me from Mexico to work from our HQ at Elyria, OH. Part of the relocation process implied for us to purchase 2 vehicles with the challenge of being new in the USA and without credit history associated to our brand new social security numbers. From the first visit to them it was clear that they will do their best to help us and so they did. Not only they helped us to find the right financing program from Toyota, but helped us to buy the two vehicles we wanted. Marisol Serrano was assigned to us, so she could take care of us in Spanish and that was another nice/unexpected touch from their side. The dealer Sales GM, Mr. Harrison, was very much involved to be able to answer our specific needs. From day one he offered me a vehicle to stop renting, although we declined that was a clear indication that they were ready to serve our needs. We ask lots of questions, from the technical and financial side, and we always got our answers. Marisol provided us with an excellent service and always helped us. If she did not know the answer to our specific question, she would find out and let us know. I have been driving Toyota’s for some years now and we decided to purchase two vehicles that we have been driving now for over four months with a very an excellent satisfaction level. Initially we were looking for some basic models, but thanks to the financing alternatives we were offered we decided to buy the vehicles with additional options. This is the first time we do this and we are very happy with them. I took my vehicle for service a few days ago and it was returned to me within the promised time. I had been looking to purchase a newer used vehicle for quite some time. My vehicle one morning decided to not start, of course on a day that my wife had to work. I began looking at some of the links that I bookmarked and became frustrated due to all of the good deals being at shady looking, online only, or repo-auction dealers. After reviewing online prices from numerous websites I found that this dealership had the best deal for a low mileage Yaris (with all of the options I wanted, clean Carfax, $1700 below NADA, and Toyota certified). I started planning the trip to the dealership for the weekend because my wife worked the rest of the week. My sales lady Jenny saw that I was in a bind with being two and a half hours away, and needing transportation to work, she offered to have someone come pick me up that day. I was completely astonished that they would drive to come get me from that distance. I understand that most would say that they did it just to make a sale. For me, it was a life-saver. Once I made it to the dealership to see the car in perfect condition as described, Jenny showed me some of the Yaris specific functions so that I would have no trouble operating the car on my trip home. I worked Dave who helped me decide my finance term, and options. He was very friendly and worked out very request that I had. Pricing was very straight-forward too. Only the documentary fee (which I see most dealers charge) had me wondering. But I see it as a charge for the full interior and exterior detailing, new tires, wiper blades, oil change, 160 point certification and full tank of gasoline charge. Talk about a steal on my part! After having the vehicle for roughly two weeks, I have no regrets purchasing my car from Premier Toyota. Darryl contacted me bi-weekly to keep me informed of the deals Toyota offered (via phone and email). Originally, I was in the process of trying to sale my Land Rover, and informed him of such. Once they (Darryl and Major Harrison) were informed of my plans, they offered me the best deal possible for my Land Rover, as well as the new Camry. Throughout my purchase experience, they were extremely helpful, knowledgeable about their automobiles, and persistent (but not overly so). I felt as if I were purchasing my car from people that I had known for years, as they were easy to talk to and they helped me to feel confident in my choice to buy a car from them. I have made referrals to all of my family and friends interested in purchasing a car, and I wouldn't go anywhere else! More
I unfortunately rated the overall experience bad because of one issue. The day after my service I looked at my checking account to see an additional charge from Toyota of $1150.00. I definitely was not happy about this (who would be) but I knew there was a reason behind it and it would be fixed. I understand things like this happen, I work with it almost on a daily basis but it is the overall customer service that made my entire attitude about Toyota of Amherst completely negative and I doubt I will ever return. When I first called and spoke to a man about this he acted like I was putting him behind, like he had better things to do then figure out where this amount came from. He at first was very rude with me as to where that charge came from because apparently it was not in there system. When he figured out it was my RO (?) number that was charged to my account he simply told me that the salesman accidentally charged my account but had voided it immediately after. After realizing what happened I called my bank to see if they could immediately stop the charge since it was an accident. My bank needed a few things to prove that it was deleted and not meant to be charged to my account. When calling back I spoke with a lady (in accounting I believe) who then once again gave me nothing but attitude. Customer service nowadays is KEY to the success of a business, especially in a service industry like a dealership. I never once had received an apology from either of those two people I dealt with. Neither one had called me back to ensure the payment was going to be taken off in a timely manner. It would not have been that big of a deal if I actually would have gotten decent customer service, but I mean come on it was over a thousand dollar charge... the least you guys could have done was seemed a little more interested in the issue. I bought a brand new car from this dealership and can promise I will NEVER spend another dime there again because of the horrible customer service that I received. However, on a good note I would like to commend Ericka Worstell and Matthew Radeff. They barely knew about the situation and immediately apologized on behalf of the dealership as soon as they did. More

The staff was very courteous, and Matt was professional and attentive to what I wanted in a car and was able to make great recommendations based on my needs. My experience at Premier was amazing. From the time you enter the store you are treated like a priority. One a scale of one to ten; ten being the highest it would be a ten. Most of my experience was online and thru email. This went very well. During my visit to the dealership I was impressed with the skillfull use of my time. Marisol is a great salesperson. She was extremely nice and friendly, she did everything she could to assist us. I absolutely love my new car it fits me very well, she knew exactly what i would like. Marisol also did a great job explaining all of the paper work and getting our payments to be affordable for us. I now think Marisol is more then just a salesperson she is a friend and i enjoy seeing her every time i go to get my free car washes!!!! More
