Dear Ms. Yetso/ We do disagree with your review. Your vehicle has not been to our dealership since June 10th. At that time, we had recommended a transmission service to you, of which you declined. We now just hear from you that you are at another service provider and, require a transmission. The vehicle was not, nor, has it been, brought to our company for diagnosis and review. We truly need to have the vehicle brought to us so that we can diagnose it and, determine if there is something available to assist you. We do document when recommended repairs have not been completed and, we did notate those declinations to you. As you know, David Harger, our Fixed Operations Director, has been in touch with you to determine when the vehicle can be brought to us for a better diagnosis and, plan of solution for you.

You are incorrect. When I brought the car in two years ago you recommended the transmission fluid change. I was never reminded of this service even though had my car routinely maintained there. When I brought my car in on June 2017, your mechanic failed to properly diagnose the problem even though I complained of shifting issues and then my transmission blew one month later. I had an appointment at a Guilford Automotive two days prior to my transmission blowing , I will never bring my car to Premier Subaru again nor will I buy another one. Honda is the way to go and small independent auto repair shops are where it is at.

Mr. Janesky/We remain very confused by your comments - which, continue to change from email to email. When you picked up your certified vehicle in 2014, you identified a few areas of concerns (primarily dealing with the interior trim pieces). These were remedied by our Service Department and, in July, 2014, you wrote an email acknowledging the repair and applauding our company. We have not heard from you since until now. You had an appointment scheduled for August 1, 2017 for us to look at whatever recently occurred with your vehicle. You indicated to us that you have cancelled this appointment. As written to you in an email this morning, our company remains absolutely willing to assist you with your current vehicle (understanding what may have happened recently since we have nothing on file), or, even facilitating and assisting you in another vehicle through trade assistance of the like. You have rejected each and every overture we made to assist you. We truly have been caught off guard on these issues since, you haven't communicated with us since 2014 - and, that communication was exceedingly positive. So, we don't understand how we reach an impasse or otherwise and, remain willing to meet with you at any time.

I prepaid for five express services...used three out of five...three glove boxes fell out after service, dealer took care of first two......I am fearful of using remaining two services.......................In February, dealer replaced rear view mirror with auto dim/compass and did not work........serviced at another dealership and the installation of the mirror was never completed, missing a part........I am reluctant to return to this dealership......I returned after mistakes in the past, but I do not want to dealwith more issues. I found another dealership for the time being.

A while back I prepaid for five oil changes. This package gives you a deep discount, so it seemed like a decent value at the time. I have two remaining punches on my card, Since this dealership still owed me two oil changes, I returned with my punch card. I expected to walk in , dealer would punch my card and I would get my car back in 30 - 40 minutes. I was owed these two oil changes and the dealership was paid. As part of this service, this dealer typically checks the cabin air filter, which entails the removal of the glove box, I was going to request the dealer refrain from doing this check as the glove box is poorly designed and in the past there were issues with the plastic tabs breaking. I just wanted the oil change. To my surprise, my card was declined. This punch card is basically a tag that goes on your key ring. It has signs of wear from being carried around , but still has two unpunched areas. I was told the card could not be accepted. I did not anticipate that I would have a problem on this visit, but I did. I . ....... And that is the rest of the story.
