Horrible customer service I spoke with Brian after my car broke down and needed a whole new transmission for $3,500.00. I had brought my car in 2 years ago complaining of shif I spoke with Brian after my car broke down and needed a whole new transmission for $3,500.00. I had brought my car in 2 years ago complaining of shifting issues. They recommended Transmission fluid change. I said I would reschedule and I forgot. Two years later after consistent oil changes and repairs I was never reminded of this needed service. I brought car in two times in past two months complaining of shifting issues. One month later it blew. When I spoke with Brian, he was rude, arrogant and blamed me for declining the service two years ago. No answer for why I was never reminded or the fact I just had it in there for that issue. His response, this stuff happens and you should not have declined the service. When I said I would never go back or buy another Subaru, "that's ok millions of people love our cars and our service". That's it! No empathy or anything! What an xxxxxxx! Never will I return there or buy another Subaru! He should be fired More

Repair and Purchase Car I recently had major damage to my car due to scrap metal on the highway. From the initial call to the Subaru service center to ask them if I could tow my car there, to the prompt service and coordination with my insurance company, and finally, to the replacement of my damaged car with a purchase of a pre-owned car, I could not be more pleased. I needed help understanding my "high tech" Forester After driving my Forester for awhile I had some questions as I realized there were things I did not understand about my" high tech" car. I brought it in for service and asked if someone could give me a quick tutorial. Joe Zerbo spent over a half hour answering my questions and reviewing the electronics and navigation system of my car. He was patient, thorough and encouraging. I appreciate his time and the fact that there is someone here whose job it is to make owners comfortable with their vehicles. Keith & Rob persisted to find a solution so that I didn't have to order a new one & be without automatic access. They also enlisted Gary's help & they all kept trying new strategies to fix it. Security is very important to me & I appreciated their going the extra mile! Ultimately Rob found a new fob for me that worked. When I went to pay they would not charge me, (I had paid for the battery for the old fob). THat is great customer service! Marge Weiner More
