Rachael did everything she could to try and assist me I returned to this dealership out of desperation. I bought my car in 2014 and the very day that I took delivery, the rear-view mirror fell off. From 2 I returned to this dealership out of desperation. I bought my car in 2014 and the very day that I took delivery, the rear-view mirror fell off. From 2014 up until present, that mirror has been re-attached four times. (this car has had many issues regarding interior parts) Rachael, tried very hard to find a solution to this upsetting issue. She spent a lot of time with me and I know she wanted to help. In the end, Rackael gave me contact information for an autoglass specialist. I am going to trust the autoglass specialist on this one. More
Excellent Service and Staff I want to give a big thanks and shout out to the Premier Subaru of Branford Service Team. I bought a 2016 Forester new back in 2015 and have sinc I want to give a big thanks and shout out to the Premier Subaru of Branford Service Team. I bought a 2016 Forester new back in 2015 and have since put 125,000 miles on it. Along the way I brought it to Premier for every single scheduled service, oil change and minor repair. At one point I had a job driving 1500 miles per week so I needed to be in the dealership often. The staff always bent over backwards went the extra mile to take care of me and my work needs. They made special exceptions over and over to get my car in as quick as possible and always with a rental sooner than the 12 days allowed. They also honored every warrantee and went way above the call to take care of and fix any issues and most of the time free of charge. I've never let anyone else even open the hood or touch the car besides them and glad I did. I will continue to bring my car back there for whatever it needs and I would highly recommend anyone else to do so as well. The quality of the service dept is a factor I will absolutely consider when coming back to the dealership when it's time to buy another car. Great!! Being from South Carolina, I was experiencing a few minor issues since I leased my Outback in November of 2018. The lift gate was not closing complete Being from South Carolina, I was experiencing a few minor issues since I leased my Outback in November of 2018. The lift gate was not closing completely, the windshield wiper blades were not cleaning water completely, as if they were not making complete contact with the glass, and the passenger side windshield washer fluid outlet seemed to be clogged. All repairs were done in an hour, and all were covered under warranty, as I only had a little over 4000 miles on the odometer. Where it is needed I will use Premier Service until I return to S.C. in the fall Rodert J. Larsen. More

I had Toyota since 1991 and just this year bought a 2018 Subaru to find out that there is no comparison to the Subaru service experience I currently e I had Toyota since 1991 and just this year bought a 2018 Subaru to find out that there is no comparison to the Subaru service experience I currently enjoy. I am in and out for oil changes, wheel rotations and all points check in just about 35 or 40 minutes while Toyota used to keep me awake after working the graveyard shift till at least 1 PM after arrival at 08:30 AM. A long rough 4 hour pricey experience is now 35 to 40 minutes for me at no cost beyond my service agreement. Above all that, they do it with very limited accommodations in the current garage. Kudos to all involved. More
EXTRA MILES I BROUGHT MY FORESTER IN FOR SERVICE ON 8/20/18 FOR OIL CHANGE AND A/C NOT WORKING, THEY FIXED THE A/C LEAK BUT NOW ON A SEMI COOL DAY IT ONLY G I BROUGHT MY FORESTER IN FOR SERVICE ON 8/20/18 FOR OIL CHANGE AND A/C NOT WORKING, THEY FIXED THE A/C LEAK BUT NOW ON A SEMI COOL DAY IT ONLY GOES DOWN TO 57 DEGREES BEFORE IT WENT TO 48 ON A VERY HOT DAY....OIL CHANGE WENT WELL...I PICKED UP THE CAR AND NOTICE IT HAD 10.5 MORE MILES ON IT, DO THEY REALLY HAVE TO TEST DRIVE THE CAR AFTER AN OIL CHANGE OR TO FIX THE A/C?...THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR A 10 MILE TEST DRIVE....
