Took my info and I waiting, not know how much it would be - Omar came over saying they will take care of it and now I have "cold" air coming out of my AC. Everyone there is so friendly! Plenty of room and social distancing. Thank you, especially Omar for his attentiveness to getting my car fixed and informing me as soon as they knew. More

She was able to answer any question about the electronics and what's more she was interested in what she was doing. I have had two horrible experiences in Premier's service department. One was in response to a recall when a cylinder was not seated properly and each vibration or acceleration on the highway created a gap in the transmission and there was no way to turn off the lights so I lost the battery as well. Another horrible experience was the application of the armor on the car. On the outside, they sprayed the tires and suddenly it was like driving on black ice. Inside they sprayed the steering wheel and it was so slick it was difficult to turn the wheel. The seats were sprayed with something that made water stains difficult to remove More
Service Review for Andi Had an appointment with Andi because i thought there were problems with my speakers for my 2020 subaru crosstrek. I went in and Andi was informative a Had an appointment with Andi because i thought there were problems with my speakers for my 2020 subaru crosstrek. I went in and Andi was informative answered all my questions, heard the problem I heard which was comforting and we got it in for service that day. Turned out that nothing was found my the service department, but I still wasn't convinced and asked andi if I could hear another 2020 crosstrek with the same sound system. She found one on the lot and let me try the bluetooth connection in that car. I was very satisfied by her knowledge and willingness to help so much so I was comforted. Although I am not satisfied with the dealership, if you have a subaru and need help Andi will answer all of your questions. More

Battery Service I had a problem with my battery failing, I had to jump start it a few times over the course of 4 months even though the car is a 2018 with 18000 miles I had a problem with my battery failing, I had to jump start it a few times over the course of 4 months even though the car is a 2018 with 18000 miles. After discussing this with a service representative, I was transferred to Mr. Robert Alvine the owner of the dealership. He assured me that if I brought the car in within a few hours of the call he would replace the battery taking care of my problem. Problem solved within two hours. Thank-you. More
Great Service I purchased my Outback from Premier Subaru in 2014 and have all my service done at their service facility. I have always had great service from the service department. I recently had a recall on my car and the service department notified me even before I got the written notice from Subaru. They called to let me know about the recall and to let me set up a service appointment. The dealership is approximately 45 min from my home and at this time I am working from home due to the corona virus pandemic. I was concerned about bringing my car in for service. The service department offered to pick up my car at home, complete the repair and return my car the same day. They did just that two days ago and sanitized the car before returning it to me. It was a great experience and not stressful at all. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
I would leave no stars if I could. Brought my car in for a recall and left with the controls for my heat missing and glove box broken. Shady people and blame customers for lazy techs missing parts.
