I purchased a 2020 Subaru Forester at another dealership and was never shown review of the vehicle. I also had an issue with a streaking window on the driving side. John Raccio greeted me in the service ar and was never shown review of the vehicle. I also had an issue with a streaking window on the driving side. John Raccio greeted me in the service area and schedule a time for the next day to have someone review the car with me and fix my window. I came the next day, I met with John, Neil Wetmore & Bob Alvine. The Service Department fixed my window. Neil Wetmore reviewed my entire car with me. He was wonderful. He was very patient and showed me everything I needed to have on and everything I did not need to have on. I can not thank him enough. I appreciate everyone's assistance at Premier and will certainly bring my car back there for every service issue and future purchases. I would recommend Premier Subaru to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. More
Ordered a part online. It turned out the website listed the side of the vehicle incorrectly, which I identified on a phone call to them. They did end up paying the return shipping and no restocking fee, but two months later still no refund for the returned part and I had to call again. More

Premier Subaru's Stellar Service Awards are proudly displayed at the dealership and once again they've earned that award with me. Owner took care of me! I had a few costly repairs done to my car, which was out of warranty. This time I needed a new condenser, after just having the compressor replaced. Due to issues with a/c’s , the owner called headquarters and got it completely covered! I never expected that as it was so deeply appreciated.
