Premier Subaru is great, we own three Subarus and love them and would in a heartbeat buy another one at Premier. The staff is more than friendly and they go above and beyond their job descriptions. The owner as well is always so friendly and is not hidden in his office like most CEOs. He is actively engaging with customers and seeing how to make the business better. My father and Uncle were business owners and did the same thing in there business customer feed back is the most important thing to have a successful business. I would know I go to a business college in CT. About my service I had a great experience I had the usual routine service done and it was exceptional as always. I would recommend this car dealer for service or purchasing a new car to anyone. More
I wish I could give the staff at Premier Subaru more than just 5 stars! The members of the service department went above and beyond to help me out of a difficult situation. They deserve 105 stars!! My husband and I were enroute to Maryland two days before the Christmas holiday. Traveling south from our home in Rhode Island in my Subaru Forester, our windshield was suddenly severely smashed by a huge chunk of ice that flew off the top of a truck. The ice hit so hard, the passenger side door flew open and the ice left a nice indentation on the roof!! I quickly pulled into the breakdown lane and very carefully made our way to the next exit. This is where the real fun began, after calling my insurance company (no help at all!!) and at least 5 glass places. All told me I could get the car fixed "next week". We were 100 miles from home and at least 300 miles from our destination. At this point, practically in tears, I said, "what the xxxx, I''ll try a Subaru dealership". I found Premier through my google search, called and was immediately assisted by the receptionist (?), she listened attentively to my problem and promised they could could help and told me to come to the dealership pronto! She even gave me back road directions as I could not take my car on the interstate. Once in the service department, I was directed to Cristal Bello. Cristal made my day, she immediately got her boss Bob Alvine over to approve the job and the rental of a car so that we could complete our trip. I don't know of any dealerships that rent out "courtesy cars" for a week at time to travel out of state, but Premier made it happen. The service department guys pulled the courtesy car up next to my damaged car, and like magic, Nick Schaivone and his team appeared and actually unloaded my entire car and packed up the courtesy rental for us. Than he made sure my husband a had few bottles of water!!! When we returned to Premier, a week later, My Forester was as good as new. Windshield replaced, dent removed, car cleaned up and ready to go!! I Cannot not thank the team at Premier Subaru enough for their generous holiday spirit and professionalism. More

My Subaru Outback is a 2007 purchased at Premier Subaru in Branford in Dec 2006. I have been having it serviced @ Premier ever since. They have kept my car running well. I am not ready to buy a new Subaru in Branford in Dec 2006. I have been having it serviced @ Premier ever since. They have kept my car running well. I am not ready to buy a new Subaru as yet but when I am, I will be sure to give Premier top consideration for the purchase of a new car because of the good service I have received. Also I love Premier's new building and customer lounge. If you have to wait a few hours there, the lounge is great: roomy, bright and comfortable and complete with a small fireplace and TV. I had my car serviced twice this month for two big issues and Martin Dempsey (service advisor) and Luis Sanchez (tech.) did a fine job taking care of the situation at hand. Thank you to both. More

We called the parts Dept. about a remote starter for our 2020 Outback and they said it was available so an appointment was scheduled for 12/18/20 to install it. We arrived at 8 AM and were told 1.5 hours to 2020 Outback and they said it was available so an appointment was scheduled for 12/18/20 to install it. We arrived at 8 AM and were told 1.5 hours to install so we decided to wait. The waiting area was modern and clean as is the whole dealership. We had coffee and around 9:30 AM we were advised our car was ready. Maegan Collazo was our service advisor and brought us to our car and showed us how to use the new remote starter. She went over it several times to be sure we understood how it works. They washed the car and did a multi point inspection as well. What a great experience. We've only had the car for 6 weeks and they did all that. Thank you. More
