Routine servicing of my 2014 Suburu: Bought my car new from this dealership. Have had it serviced here ever since (except when traveling). This day I was assisted by service agent, Jaime Russo, who couldn from this dealership. Have had it serviced here ever since (except when traveling). Service took about an hour and a half; however, the wait & the atmosphere couldn't have been more pleasant. Coffee bar at the ready, Covid protocols being observed appropriately. Was able to observe work being done through a glass window and noticed how exceptionally clean the service area was. Could have eaten off the floor! More

Cristal was extremely helpful in communicating the problems with my car to the service people. She was able to help to pinpoint why my car was pulling to the right and it was all figured out and fixed problems with my car to the service people. I've been servicing my Subaru at Premier Subaru in Branford for a few years and while it has been adequate I can't say that anyone has gone above & beyond until yesterday. I had the pleasure of dealing with Service Writer Ericka Hafford and all started like every other service appointment discussing the work to be performed and the time it would take which seemed long but without any options. When Ericka asked if I knew where the waiting room was located I told her that due to covid concerns I would be waiting outside. Much to my surprise Ericka came to find me almost an hour earlier than estimated to tell me it would only be another 10 minutes or so to finish up a complementary wash. While I understand that many people were involved I firmly believe it was Ericka's intervention on my behalf that made the difference. I couldn't be more grateful and this is truly extraordinary customer service. Thank you. More

Service tech Martin is knowledgeable, friendly and offered really good advice without the heavy pressure at other dealers/repair shops. Connecticut.
