My Outback developed a leak that need immediate attention (325k). I called parts and Shaun said he had the necessary parts. I called service and they said bring it right in. During my test drive I actually drove it into my one car garage to make sure it fit. Now that's customer satisfaction! Sorry to add that the complimentary car wash is an embarrassment when all other personnel were very professional and did their job so well. More

She listen’s to you about what’s happening to your car and service that needs to be done. She goes above and beyond to make sure your car is taken care of.
