Forced me to miss work and offered no apology or explanation for the miscommunication. Love Subaru cars and have been a customer for years now but will never be returning. More

Do not come to Premier Subaru for service if you value your time. I came in for an oil change and a recall that was supposed to take three hours, and I ended up being without my car from Monday until Frid your time. I came in for an oil change and a recall that was supposed to take three hours, and I ended up being without my car from Monday until Friday, and they knocked my rear camera out of place so I had to go back. I made an appointment for recall service and decided to get my oil change out of the way as well since I had to be there anyway. I was told I could either wait there (about 3 hours) or get a shuttle back and forth. I said I wanted to use the shuttle. When I got there, I was told that the recall might take TWO days, that they wouldn’t know until they took the car apart, and that they could not put it back together once it was taken apart until the next day. When I got to my rescheduled appointment, the same person who made the appointment (Steve) told me that there was no appointment in the system.e also tried to add another service I hadn’t asked for, and the price in general was higher than what I had initially been told on the phone. He seemed annoyed with me for reading the contract I was signing. Then, he said he couldn’t get me a shuttle back to the dealer at any time that day except at a time I had meetings, and that we would have to reschedule again. They said I couldn’t join another shuttle coming from the same place because of Covid, BUT NO ONE BUT ME WAS WEARING A MASK, including the shuttle driver. When I asked if it might take two days, he said yes, so I finally asked if we could just schedule a shuttle for the following day. The following day, the shuttle driver arrived half an hour late. When I got to the shop, Steve wasn’t there, so Brian worked with me. He showed me the receipt, and I noticed the oil change was $30 more expensive than anticipated. He saw that that was a mistake, so he corrected it. Then, I asked to make sure that the recall I had brought it in for had been done. IT HAD NOT. Brian tried his best to make it right and is the only reason this isn’t a one star review. He didn’t charge me for the oil change, and he gave me a loaner car. He told me I could pick up the next day. The next day, I got a text from Steve letting me know that the shop had broken some parts of my car while doing the recall and had to order new ones, so it would take another day. I could not come the next day, so I had to come on Friday instead. I asked them to clean the battery while it was there. When I picked up my car, I saw that they didn't bother cleaning up the corrosion on the holdover - only the terminals. Just disappointing when they charge so much for it. Later, I realized that my camera was knocked out of position. I had to drive all the way back to get it serviced again. Recently, I saw that they had also lost one of the caps for my tires! It was a horrible experience. I am extremely disappointed, and I will never go to a Subaru dealership for service again if I can avoid it. I am hoping that there are no more recalls on my vehicle. More

Brought my 2014 Forester into Premier for its 120k service, front and rear brakes and possibly rear bearings. I had estimated the bill would be more than $500 more than what it came out to. They det service, front and rear brakes and possibly rear bearings. I had estimated the bill would be more than $500 more than what it came out to. They determined the rear bearings were covered under extended warranty. They also brought to my attention the wheel alignment wasn't what it should be and asked if I wanted to address it before I picked up the vehicle... All in all, an expensive service but the car is running better than it has. Premier has always been attentive to my vehicle's needs without being pushy. I have always had a good experience with them. I was from WI, 8/1 my Subaru was damaged by the "Taurus flies through the air and lands on Jeep" incident at Broadway, New Haven. Maegan Collazo was excellent in her customer service and got my vehicle legally driveable to get home to WI in time. A shuttle was used to pick me up also. I am so grateful to Maegan and the crew at Subaru/Branford. AAA and Hertz failed me, but Subaru came through. Brenda More

came in last minute near closing time on a friday desperate to repair a piece of trim that got ripped off as i misnavigated my turn and both sean and rachel were unbelievable! they hooked up the part desperate to repair a piece of trim that got ripped off as i misnavigated my turn and both sean and rachel were unbelievable! they hooked up the parts needed asap and popped it back together. this is not the first time i have had a great experience with them. and sean never stops smiling while always being pleasant. hard to find good and pleasant customer service anymore. i hope you never lose them. what assests to this business.
