My experience with the service department at Premiere Subaru is always 5-star. Since buying my car there, I have taken my Forester there for all service. The service reps are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They don't try to oversell but inform you of your maintenance needs and provide you with options. Nick was especially helpful this time. The waiting room is large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The restrooms are clean and modern. I bring work with me, and the internet is great. Premier Subaru in Brandford is my go to place. Cristal Bello the service advisor is excellent . Very prompt and knowledgeable. About a month ago service 2015 Subaru WRX AC was blowing warm air. Do to it being anything Cristal Bello had set me up with a loaner car . Was fixed fast. Than today 7/8/2024 had just received the car back from getting the rear wheel bearings done . Once again Premier Subaru came threw and kudos to the tech with the wheel bearings and Cristal Bello in service. There are other Subaru dealers closer to me that I wouldn't bring a tricycle to. Cristal Bello is my service advisor, and she does an excellent job. I have a repeat problem with premature wear on my brakes, and she really listens well and explains the findings and options. I would actually rate the service with Zero Stars because my car received Zero Service. Five hours after dropping off my vehicle (for 90K mile service) I was informed that no work had been performed and no my car received Zero Service. Five hours after dropping off my vehicle (for 90K mile service) I was informed that no work had been performed and no work would be performed this day. The staff offered to perform the 90K mile service the next day but I could not adjust my work schedule simply because the service department is incompetent, failed to properly manage their workload, or deliberately overbooked (which resulted in my car not being serviced). More
