I brought my 2017 Impreza in yesterday for a routine oil change, which I bought from another dealer in CT, from the minute I walked in the door I knew I made a great choice!! They even got me a shuttle ride back to Naugatuck..John the man who drove me was Amazing. He dropped me at my door and even waited til I was in my apartment safe. Service to my Crosstrek I have dealt with this dealership for all my service needs. The staff is the kindest, and most helpful I have ever seen. I gave him a part number. He was very nice about my inquiry, but I lost interest in this transaction. I am glad, I will not deal with this dealership anymore theyre too expensive and just couldn’t trust their way anymore , just one unhappy prior client.. More
Update to last review I took my car for a simple oil change on June 5 couple days later it might garage and all the oil leaked out in my garage call then they came and t I took my car for a simple oil change on June 5 couple days later it might garage and all the oil leaked out in my garage call then they came and towed it. They called me back the next day and said the plug was warped and the car was all set. I picked up the car they did the recalls on the airbags and a hood latch I drove away and my speedometer wasn't working I drove right back and said they must've messed something up because it was working when I dropped it off I don't know the guys name but he said will put you in a loaner and would have to diagnose to see the problem and I asked do I have to pay for this and he said yes so I said forget it I'll bring it to my old mechanic. I called corporate and complain and the next day they called said bring the car back they would fix it for free my battery level was down they put a free battery in my car and reimburse me for the oil change so I am pleased that day on earth what they did wrong and I appreciate it so much so to my bad review is now a good review I would go again for what they did for me very nice and respectful I highly recommend them More

worst I bought a 2006 forester from them with a warranty which I was told was bumper to bumper. Within six weeks the check engine light came on. I took my c I bought a 2006 forester from them with a warranty which I was told was bumper to bumper. Within six weeks the check engine light came on. I took my car in when I needed an oil change and was told it was a small evap leak. To summarize a long series of events, multiple employees and managers told me I did not have a warranty. When I showed them my warranty, they all switched their excuse to my repair wasn't covered after they discovered the small evap leak was as they stated 'above the gas tank which required removal of the gas tank, rear axle, and subframe--a 10 hour and $900 repair. I had spoken to as many managers I could to amend the situation. Regardless of my warranty, I hadn't even put 2000 miles on the car, I had it for 6 weeks! They offered me 10% off parts and a discount of $300. I refused. This process took 3 days, in that time period, they had my car. When I got my car back, it wouldn't accept gas. I went to three gas stations before calling them. The service manager yelled at me off the bat saying that he knew who I was and Knows that I had tried to go over his head to other management. He offered me no help and said it was because of the evap leak which they had already told me they were not paying for it. It is worth mentioning that I had put gas in my car with no problem for two weeks waiting for my appointment to fix the evap leak. My car left their hands in worse condition, and they told me it was just coincidence. I got a second opinion from a trusted mechanic who within seconds, noticed the the hose in my evap system was not only disconnected, but capped off. I still have the clear plastic cap. I was immediately able to put gas in without issue. He checked the codes that were causing my check engine light and there were two. The main one was a vent problem. The second was a small evap leak which he said in his opinion was due to the hose being disconnected. He cleared them to see which would come back to determine the original problem. My check engine light has not come back on since. It's been over a thousand miles of driving. The disconnected hose had a little sand in it, my mechanic said that was most likely my original problem. There was never a small evap leak above my gas tank that needed 10 hours of repair and a $900 bill. When I contacted premier, I received an email largely calling me a liar and saying that I was in fact the rude one. This came from the Vice President who said she secretly listened in on my phone calls when I was at a gas station crying and yelling over my broken car. The Vice President listened in and did NOTHING to help the situation. They have offered me no explanation as to what happened but instead accused me of defamation. More

This was a no hassle sale. There was no hard sell, discussed price of car which was very fair and our trade, also fair. We were happy with the offer and appreciated the staff was pleasant and not pushy. Would have given a 5 but they were having computer issues so we were told someone would call us later w final numbers on money to bring later that day. No one called. The next day we had to make a couple of calls because when we called the calls were always sent to voice mails. Finally I had to tell receptionist do not give me voice mail I need to talk to someone. Once I was finally able to connect with a live person I was able get the info I needed. On day of delivery the car was ready as promised. Like their approach to the customer and would recommend them.
