This was our first ever car purchase where we didn’t feel pressured to buy. But, after Vincent was done showing us around, we were so impressed with his professionalism, that we knew that we were going to buy a car from him. And we did! Our experience at Premier was personal. It didn’t feel like we were on a conveyor belt, as it felt at other dealerships. Casual, Relaxed, and Informative Experience I began to look at the used cars on the lot with my wife. A staff member approached us and simply asked which vehicles I would like to see the inside I began to look at the used cars on the lot with my wife. A staff member approached us and simply asked which vehicles I would like to see the inside of. No probing questions, etc. He returned a short while later with 5 sets of keys. I began to get in/out of them, and the entire time the salesman stayed at arms length, not saying a word except to offer his assistance if I had any questions - which I did. They were answered promptly and without any 'sales' commentary. Once I found a vehicle I wanted to test drive the three of us hopped into the car and took off. The salesman was respectful of what I was trying to do (focus on the driving experience, listening for noises, etc.) and only spoke when we asked him a question. The ride was actually a pleasant experience. From there we went through the standard process of purchasing the vehicle without ever feeling pressured or intimidated. Robert Dubauskas was a true professional. He was courteous, polite, informative, and made us feel like we were shopping with a friend as opposed to car salesman. He also facilitated a quick delivery. He had the car detailed and prepped for pick-up the next day (which was a Sunday). We were extremely satisfied with the entire automobile purchase experience and would highly recommend Robert to anyone looking for a new or used Subaru. More
