I was treated with the utmost kindness and compassion for my situation and truly felt like a valued customer. Joe Hernandez, the finance manager, was absolutely amazing, and he did everything he could to help me get back into the car that I love while keeping my payment where I needed it to be. In addition, he made me to feel nothing but thankful and grateful in light of the circumstances. I have and will continue to recommend Subaru as the car to buy to any and everyone I know who is in the market for a car and more specifically Premier Subaru in Watertown. More

I have purchased my both vehicles( Outback XT 2020 and Forester 2019) from Premier Subaru one from Water town and the other one from Branford one i I have purchased my both vehicles( Outback XT 2020 and Forester 2019) from Premier Subaru one from Water town and the other one from Branford one in late 2018 and the other late 2019 . Bought a '17 Forester I hate dealing with dealerships and salespeople. When my wife and I were looking for our last car, the salesperson at the dealership we went to could I hate dealing with dealerships and salespeople. When my wife and I were looking for our last car, the salesperson at the dealership we went to could not have been any worse. He said and did everything wrong. So even though it was very close to my work, we did not buy a car from them and never will go back there again. That's why we ended up at Premier Subaru, even though it was a much further drive for us. We worked with Rachel Santos. She could not have been any more pleasant or easy to work with. She brought us out several cars to check out and went out of her way to help and to make sure that we were happy. So we will be back in a couple of years when we will be looking for a new vehicle.
