I last minute needed a car, I was set on getting a subaru. Went to a few dealers just to check it out but nothing really caught my attention. Walked in here & was greeted immediately by Seth. I told him I wasn’t sure what I was looking for but I told him the budget and he helped me out immediately! We went for a test drive through town & on the highway, he was really knowledgeable and friendly! He answered all my questions and understood my concerns - there were a few mishaps on my end, and he was very patient and worked with me. Not pushy at all! Went above and beyond. Appreciated all the help & was thankful to have a sales person like him! Recommended this dealer to some family and friends! More

We had 2 months to go on our leased 2018 Forester when, instead of buying it, we decided to buy a new one thanks to Subaru's 0% financing. But we had to get it fast, before the offer expired. We contacted every dealer in Ct. Nobody had one! Neither did Premier until we talked to Joe Hernandez who said he found one at another dealer and would get it. We didn't believe him, but sure enough he got us the car we wanted the next day. Buying a car is a very stressful experience under the best of circumstances but Joe and our salesperson Hector Salazar made it as painless as possible. More

My husband and I recently had a very pleasant experience with Premiere Subaru leasing my new 2020 Forester. I previously had a 2017 Forester and, as the model had been extensively updated, I was interested with Premiere Subaru leasing my new 2020 Forester. I previously had a 2017 Forester and, as the model had been extensively updated, I was interested in the differences between the two years' models. Our salesperson, Seth LaManna, and delivery specialist, Kendrick Talho, were extremely thorough and professional, but also kind and patient while answering all of our questions and concerns. The service we received was attentive while not being pushy, which is exactly what we desired. The lease of this 2020 Forester is my 9th Subaru lease. My husband and both of our sons also drive Subarus., It is the first time we've used Premiere of Watertown, and both my husband and I felt the service we received from Seth and other staff members was much friendlier and customer-oriented than the dealership we've used in the past. We will be back. More
Excellent experience overall. At seventy, first time in my life buying a car from a dealer (years of company cars), so was a little anxious. No reason for that here. Wanted low mileage, loaded 2019 Outbac my life buying a car from a dealer (years of company cars), so was a little anxious. No reason for that here. Wanted low mileage, loaded 2019 Outback Limited. (this was 09/20) .After on line searches (which showed that Premier's prices at the time beat those of other dealers) and one good but not great dealer visit in NY city, I located a suitable car at Premier. Better all in price with doc charges than cars with more miles and similar in service date. I called and spoke over an hour with Florin, who went over specs I found online. Extremely patient and helpful. We exchanged numerous texts going over questions and details. Responses were prompt and to the point. Since the website I used didn't have the feature that highlighted dings in a virtual inspection (why? What are they trying to hide," I thought), I asked Florin to inspect the car thoroughly and text me photos. Told him he better not leave out a single scratch. Got pics promptly and the dings were negligible. (When I finally saw the car, it was clear that he was thorough). We agreed terms and I gave a deposit over the phone. Bill the sales manager was quite helpful facilitating a number of things. We agreed a pick up date and Florin met me at the New Haven train station. We had a great chat all the way to Watertown. Closing was a very good, non stressful experience. Juan worked through the papers with me in a professional way. Carlos spent a great deal of time going over the features and functions. I left with a very satisfied feeling. More
There’s so much I can say and so little space. The big stand out for me was trusting that I’d be back with my clean title. In short the lean company I bought my car from messed up the back and it took me about a month and many trips to the dmv to fix. I was on the phone weekly with Aj my salesman. Joe the manager trusted me and didn’t sell my car to the 8 people tried to buy it after I signed the paperwork on my first visit. They gave me a rental when there was issues getting the car registered in my name as well as replacing the ac condenser instead of just patching. I can see why my cousin bought 2 cars there. The cherry on top for me, they did all this for knowing I live 2.5 hours away in New Jersey. I would definitely buy another car from there. Oh I almost forgot the finance manager did me a solid with choosing the better warranty/cpo. More

I cannot say more great things about Premier Subaru of Watertown. He let me test drive every Subaru I expressed interest in, and even some I wasn't sure of, just to make sure I had experience with every vehicle type to make an informed decision. The atmosphere is very comfortable and easy going, definitely not like other dealers I've been to who want nothing more to do with you than a sale in their name. They were very friendly, open, and honest. It felt more like buying a car from a friend than a random salesman. Subaru is such an amazing reliable car brand that they practically sell themselves, all you have to do is tell them your price range and what color you want and they can handle the rest!! It was so easy that I hope I can go back in 10 years when I'm ready for another Subaru so I can have the same wonderful experience. I've been driving my new Subaru for a few days now and am still amazed at how smooth, fuel efficient, safe, and modern it is. The features I got for the price of the car are outstanding! I could write an even longer review about everything else I loved, or you can just go check them out yourself for a new or used Subaru and see what all the buzz is about. You won't regret it! More
