I have honestly never had a better car buying experience! I've been a Toyota leaser for over a decade and was a little worried about how to go about changing brands. I thought it was going to be complicated I've been a Toyota leaser for over a decade and was a little worried about how to go about changing brands. I thought it was going to be complicated and frustrating. I've wanted a Subaru for years, knowing how they care for LGBTQ people and the planet. I was so fortunate to choose Premier Subaru Watertown and to be helped by Rachel Santos specifically. Rachel made the whole process a piece of cake! I was able to turn by old Toyota over to them directly, get into a Subaru Forester (which I already LOVE) and wind up with a lower monthly payment as well. It was a dream! Hector was extremely helpful with both my trade in and purchase of a new vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the various trims and was able to answer all of my questions.
