My car, Subaru Legacy I bought new in 2010. Today is July 31,2021. My legacy died quietly of engine trouble. In my whole owning experience I always buy new and drive till the engine is no more. At times, a repair required research due to the fact it was just over the warranty period, but Shannon took the time and researched the best way to keep costs down. Always listened, never brushed me off, always made me feel my concern was as important to her as to me. And Shannon is the ONLY reason, that we are buying our next vehicle at this particular Subaru dealership. We are willing to wait for delivery, tho other dealers have the vehicle we want.
