I must say my experience was indeed excellent. I drove two hours to look at car in their inventory that was just what I wanted. When we walked in, we were met by Rachel who was immediately attentive to my two hours to look at car in their inventory that was just what I wanted. Although the price was a bit too high for me, she reached out a few days later when they had reduced the price a bit (just to move it off the lot I suspect). Now with the price point within my grasp, she worked with me to get me all the papers and forms I needed without driving two hours again. She even helped me expedite the process on her day off, answering calls and emails and sending additional data for my bank. When I picked up the car it was prestine inside and out. Cassidy helped me get money out of my previous vehicle, which I almost might not have known about, and Gretchen guided me in the financing section towards getting my new, laying everything down and assisting with dealing with USAA. Admittedly there were a few small things I could've done without but it veered more towards issues with my auto loan, which is sort of out of the hands of the dealers. Other than that, and I think there was one charge we forgot to disclose on my first visit, but I have no regrets about buying from here. More
