I had a 2:00 appointment for a oil change and it was almost 2 hours before I finally was able to find someone to see what was taking so long and when I talked to someone they said my car was done and was out in the area where the car was and it wasn’t even my car, that day was just a big disappointment to me, it was only a oil change and nothing else needed to be done. I hope this isn’t going to be a on going problem

Thank you. During the time in which you serviced your car - our company embarked upon a brand new computer system to assist our customers with state of the art technology and protection. We do have signs posted throughout the dealership that indicate that we appreciate the patience of our customers during this time. Unfortunately, the time to do the paperwork for warranty documentation process can be extreme given the parameters required by the car company. Our new computer system will significantly enhance that experience for our customers. Thankyou for your patience.
