The Team at Premier Middlebury are wonderful. Samantha Byron lured me in with her patient and warm phone assistance. Then, from first greeting from Carlos Batista at the door, though the entire purchasing experience with Michael Kather and Joe Hernandez, I was completely comfortable and at ease. Michael made my purchase simple, not pushing anything I wasn't interested in, and Carlos made sure I knew how to operate my high-tech options, quite the challenge for him, lol! I'm sure he'll be hearing from me on a regular basis while I explore my 2023 Forester Premium. Now if only it had a heated chassis to melt the snow that fell on it overnight!!! More
