The process was fast and painless, probably 4 hours accumulative of the time I spent there setting up plans to buy the car and the day I had actually done it. Craig was a nice guy. He volunteered to cross the street in 90 degree weather to get my diabetic mother a coke when she wasn't feeling good. Everybody seemed to love my father, who likes to talk about anything and everything. I always thought the process of getting a car was long and tedious, used to tag along with my father when he was getting his as Toyota. But this experience showed me there's better options. More

Was a great experience until it came to getting the loan for my car. I was not informed until the day before I was supposed to pick up the car that I would have to pay more than the agreed upon down payment for my car.
