Employees are friendly, very helpful with my many questions and explain in detail repairs that need to be made without making me feel "pressured" into immediate decisions. Upon establishing contact with the sales team, they were informed of an established quote from another dealer, and they agreed to honor that out the door price. After nearly 2 hours of the trade in appraisa informed of an established quote from another dealer, and they agreed to honor that out the door price. After nearly 2 hours of the trade in appraisals, various negotiations, etc. the out the door price was $2,000 above what they had just agreed to honor. The sales person attempted to convince us that his price was best. We left the showroom and went to the other dealer we had the quote from, and actually got the car for $1,400 less than the original out the door price. More
