Excellent Dealership Purchased a new Subaru and love it. Richard was outstanding, wasn't pushy, took time while I debated which model and then options I wanted. I shopped around and found the prices to be pretty much the same at 3 dealerships. What made this a no brainier was the lifetime power train warrantee. When I arrived for follow up appointments several staff including other sales members and managers all knew my daughter and myself by name. It's great to know they care enough to know your name(when they aren't your salesman. I highly recommend the dealership. More

We're raving about Premier Subaru When I decided to lease a Subaru, I decided to try Premier Subaru. Neither my husband nor I have had any experience with either Subarus or Premier. I had done my homework on the car; the dealership just happened to be closest to our home. We are both so impressed with everyone there. My original contact was with Bob, in sales, who took my phone call.. He invited us to come in, promising we would be happy with the dealership. Upon arrival Bob introduced us to Sarah Ritenour, an extremely personable, knowledgeable and helpful young lady. She helped me decide on a model and " ran the numbers" for me. Unfortunately Premier could not give me what I felt my trade-in was worth, and we left hoping I could sell it independently, and I did. When we returned a couple of days later, cash in hand, Sarah was off. We worked with Bo Prescott to finalize the lease and with Sherie to complete the paperwork....a wonderful caring group of people who earned our respect and gratitude. Want a great deal on a Subaru? Bad experience that turned out great. I have a 2010 Legacy GT that I bought new. This was the first time I used Premier for service. In the past I was using a Subaru dealer in Torrington I have a 2010 Legacy GT that I bought new. This was the first time I used Premier for service. In the past I was using a Subaru dealer in Torrington and that was a nightmare, but that's another story. I brought my car in to have the timing belt changed and after they changed the belt and took the car for a test drive the car stopped running and had to be towed. The bad experience was dealing with the people in service that could not explain what the issue was. After about a week and a half I got tired of calling and dropped in and was introduced to the assistant service manager, Joe Proulx. Joe took me into the shop where the mechanic was working on my car and explained the issues they were having. After we discussed some history of past repairs done to my car he assured me they would get it fixed correctly. I left the dealership feeling very confident and at ease after talking to Joe. I am not one to blow smoke but he is an asset to that company and I will continue to use their service dept. More
